“Goof?” Yongguk couldn’t help but laugh. That’s the first time he’s ever heard someone call someone else that. Jinki was indeed a goof and a bit of a perv. He was surprised to know that the reaper knew him. “Oh! Really? He’s the one that helped me move from Japan to here, he told me about the academy!…how do you know him?” Yongguk saw the Shigofumi as a loner, so he didn’t see them as being friends. He was sure the bar owner would annoy Spencer. More questions than answers were coming up in his mind.

Yongguk sat up straighter as the spoon was pointed at him, he tilted his head with a grin. “I mean I meant like a date between the two of you, you’re the two oldest people I know” He teased the other with a chuckle. There was something about Spencer that brought out Yongguks more childish side, he felt safe around him. “Hmmm maybe we can go see a movie? Oooh or play mini golf?!” He suggested the first few things out of mind, after stealing the last bite of his Sunday with a hum. The sugar rush hitting him at once. “OR we can go to the zoo! I’ve never been!”

Yongguk was glad for the change in subject, speaking about feelings wasn’t as easy as other people made it seem but he did hope he got how thankful and grateful he was across to Spencer. “I mean I just remember you saying you’re immortal and Jinki is too, maybe you guys to live the rest of your lives together….though actually I take that back. Jinki seems like a playing, maybe he’s not good enough for you” As if he even had any say in any of it, Yongguk sat there deep in thought.

He raised another spoonful of ice cream in his mouth but paused at the sight of the cherry on top, he quickly took a napkin and discarded the bite before taking another napkin and wiping the spoon. He could then happily take another bite of his now melting ice cream.

Guk smiled at the sound of Spencer’s giggle. “What a flower boy? No way! I’m not 10 anymore! I would be the best man duh” He scoffed playfully. It was nice being able to let loose with Spencer again, he felt like a kid all over again, but that didn’t stop him from scanning the area around them. He could never be too careful and let down his guard fully.
