It wasn't that Loki thought he would never see Tyr again. Gods no. That was a tad dramatic, even for him. The two were immortal gods after all. They would run into each other at some point or another. The worlds were only so big. There were only so many places to hide. Not that Loki was hiding from anyone in particular. No, he was hiding from everyone. It was only a matter of time before Tyr crossed paths with him once again. He just hadn't been expecting that time to be today. The moment his eyes moved to the person that had sourly interrupted him, Loki recognized them. They had spent a great deal of time together long ago. Tyr wasn't exactly easy to forget. They were infuriating at times. Navie to their very core. Yet, Tyr had been as a summer breeze on a blazing hot day. A warm fire on a cold night. Relief from the ins and outs of everyday life as a god. Which is exactly why Loki had left them the way he had. For a moment, his fists tightened on the captain's shirt. He flexed his jaw and tossed the man to the side. "I was trying to get a point across." He ground out his words through clenched teeth. "Kit, please, just take ya' coin back. I'll get you out on the first boat I got when we can." The captain promised as he scrambled to get a few coins out and put them in Loki's hand. This wasn't worth the endless drivel that would no doubt pour from Tyr should Loki take his threats to promises. "Fine." He took the coin and turned on his heel. His back to the captain as he scrambled away, his attention now turned to Tyr. "I should not be surprised to find you here, of all places." Loki nearly cooed. "You look like shit, Tyr."

Týr was supposed to mind their damn business and not draw attention to themself to make it easier to find the best way to fight the Eternal Fire before things got any worse around Novigrad. But that was easier said than done for them. Wherever the God of Justice went, there seemed to be someone who was hurt or wronged, and Týr never seemed to be able to turn their back on people who needed help, even if they were complete strangers. They knew what some of the other gods thought of them when they went out of their way to help people who rarely deserved it or even appreciated the help. They thought Týr was soft and weak or even foolish. They were sure Loki would think the same of them if they ever saw him again.
No, Týr refused to think of him.
With a scowl on their lips, they marched down the docks to the man who was obviously threatening the captain for not letting him leave the city. Týr could understand his frustration, but the captain had no say in the new laws, therefore it would be unjust to punish him for it. Normally Týr's patience kept them grounded during altercations like this one, the world expected them to be patient, righteous and perfect, but today was different. They clenched their hands into a fist to keep themself from either punching the man or pushing him into the water, but they knew they had to be better than that. "What the hell are you doing?" Their voice was calm, yet it was as cold as ice.
