CONTINUED FROM HERE @smythewmu
"And now you're just being bias." The grumbling continues, but he's easily leaning into the touch, dropping his head heavily on Sebastian's shoulder, idly playing with the others fingers. He's so damn tired, and while his nap did help, everything feels as if it's moving through sand. Already making a plan to get a coffee as soon as possible so he doesn't crash after they get to where ever they're staying.
Humming under his breath, he lifts his head, brow raised. "Do I? Or is this your subtle way of mentioning what we'd be doing if this was more private?" Uses his free hand to touch the side of his nose. "Can't get anything past me, Mon Cher." A beat, and he's sighing, rolling his eyes in good humor.
"So, what would we be doing if this was your private jet?"

Rekindling Over Coffee (06/23)
There were many things Max liked about study at Columbia University, but of course, that didn’t happen per chance. He did an intense study and investigation about the place im question, when the matter of him actually going to college came on. No way was he going to go to a trashy campus just for the sake of it. He was Max Wolfe. He deserved nothing short than the best, and ultimately, any college would be lucky to have him anyway. And one of the main points in his list when it came to find the right place was how was their coffee shop like. There wasn’t an universe where he would have a shitty place serving him coffee early in the morning, at lunch, mid-afternoon, or at night, while pulling an all-nighter study marathon. Thank be the gods for the coffee shop being opened 24 hours, 7 days a week.
So, like any other regular day, he found himself tucked inside one of his favorite booth at the coffee shop, call it his “summer booth” just by the window, where the sunlight hit just at the right angle, low and in between the trees, so it wouldn’t shine directly on his face, enjoy a cone and his usual macchiato, while reading through one of the many books they have been asigned for summer reading. The place wasn’t that much crowded at that time of day, and that was also another thing he liked about the place.

Making A Choice || Sebtony (Aug 30)
Tony closed the door behind him and leaned against it, a deep sigh escaping his lips as he looked up at the starry sky. There was a turmoil of feelings now clenching his chest, and he needed a breather to make heads and tails of what he was feeling. He went down the stairs that led from his apartment to the street, then he simply started walking, no precise direction needed at that moment yet. He just needed to walk.
There have been days since the tension between him and Cleo had finally started to boil up to the surface, to the point it was already affecting their work together. Then on that night, when she told him they needed to talk, there was no tiptoeing around what the matter was.
Even if they were in fact in an official relationship, they were always happy to keep things the way they were, and never talking about taking things a step forward. And in a way, neither one had made a big thing about talking about that.
But ever since Sebastian had came back to his life, he had been having his mind, and heart split in two parts, thinking of two places, with two people in mind. And as casual as that had felt at first, as hot as having to keep his time with Sebastian a secret, an affair of sorts, it was becoming obvious it wasn't enough, not for Tony, and much less for Sebastian. But there was always something that was holding him back: how would he tell Cleo all that had been happening?
Turns out, she knew more than he gave her credit for, or at least, she assumed enough to, when they sat down to talk, she wasn't even mild surprised with any of it.
"You have to make a decision. You can't keep doing this, to me or him."
So now, he was walking the streets of New York (when did it start raining?), thinking of what his life was now, thinking how everything had changed, more like shifted in its axes since he met Sebastian again. How everything they lived together all those years back always kept a place in his mind, in his heart, and it all came back even stronger now that they were together again. Sort of.
"Shit-"
Turning on his feet, he looked up to see where he had ended up and ran all the way back to The Playtone, running up the stairs and opening the door, drenched and dripping wet as he entered the apartment, and there he saw Cleo stading there, with a suitcase by her side.
"Cleo-"
"I know, sweetie. Go to him."

Harley was excited about the opportunity to explore a scene with Sebastian. He was personable and charming and Harley was positive that all of that energy was backed back a cock that would leave him aching. Throwing on his usual black muscle tee and shorts he headed to the Dominate's room on the floor above. Once he arrived, he knelt and knocked twice waiting for him to answer.
-------
Dressed in nothing more than a pair of white sweats, Sebastian padded across the board floor of the living room while making his way into the kitchen to get a glass of mineral water. He was curious about making a scene with Harley, much as he was always curious whenever he got together with new people. The Switch seemed eager enough to show him about what he liked, or what he would want to learn about, and Sebastian has always considered himself to be an excellent teacher. He looked at the clock on his wall, seeing it would soon be the agreed time for Harley to be there.

Sebastian’s POV:
Sebastian Smythe was getting married and he was thrilled. That was a thought he had never imagined would happen. But, things with Blaine were just that way- mystical, surprising, shocking, romantic, and wonderful. The two of them stood in the courtyard of their Boston home with their hands clasped together. They were surrounded by a select few of their family and friends.
The courtyard was full of every type of purple and white flower you could imagine. There was a mix of magical and natural flowers, even some sprinkled in from Friday's Flower Shop. Blaine had spent the days leading up to the ceremony working his magic to create garlands of hyacinths that swept across the space intertwined with sparkling fairy lights, bouquets of lilies and corsages of sweet smelling lilacs for both of them to wear.
Sabine looked impeccable in her sleek black dress as she sat in the front row, the mother of the grooms. Blaine had told her that his father was in England for business and couldn’t get back. They didn’t want her to think he was on bad terms with him but couldn’t really tell her about the whole exile thing either. She said she understood and gladly accepted the role. She had been a wonderful help, of course. She helped to make sure the chairs and catering arrived on time and even volunteered to watch the house and the pets while they were gone even though she didn’t need to with Freya around.
Hunter had held Mel, their little flower girl, and even sprinkled magical aubergine petals down the aisle. He couldn’t hide his smile as he stood next to Sebastian, Mel’s little coos and giggles mixing with the soft music that played. Tony was their officiant of course and Sam, B’s best friend, stood next to him with a happy look in his eyes that could rival an excited Enjolras ready for a treat.
Tony spoke eloquently but Sebastian could hardly focus on the words. He knew he needed to of course, he had things he was supposed to say. He just couldn't stop staring at his soon to be husband. He looked perfect with his sleeves rolled up and his suspenders. They kept squeezing each other's hands three times, “ I love you.” Seb just wanted to slip the ring onto his lover’s finger, just wanted to dance under the dizzying but lovely scent of the flowers and drink champagne and kiss and kiss and kiss until it was time to celebrate their wedding night all alone.
When it was time for his vows he felt more nervous than he had anticipated. He pulled the piece of paper from inside of his tux jacket and unfolded it with ever so slightly shaky hands that only Blaine would notice.
“ I’m not the best with words unless I’m arguing a case or just….arguing in general, so I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Blaine, the day that Ras dragged me into you at the park was the best happy accident to ever happen to me. You're my favorite person and somebody I never could have imagined ending up with. I grew up thinking that I didn’t need love, that it was a losing game and that I was too smart for all of it. I hate admitting when I’m wrong, but I’m so glad that I was. I love you and everything that you are.”
Blaine’s POV:
Blaine had worked meticulously and tirelessly to make sure his and Sebastian’s wedding was beautiful and intimate, he’d spent weeks tweaking each leaf and petal- most of the flowers were natural except for the hyacinths which Blaine had gone to great measure to craft out perfectly with magic, all the while explaining to his soon to be husband all about Apollo. One of Blaine’s patron gods, and why the flower was significant in the first place. Alas, the story was a sad one- Apollo lost his lover after all, but the point of incorporating the symbol into such an important day for the two of them was that Apollo had gotten love Hyacinth while he was alive and didn’t their story have traces of Sebastian and Blaine’s story? Men loving men, others being jealous of that, fates… It seemed only natural to have as many of the flowers as possible. He’s also made sure to tuck little surprises of red roses and myrtle here and there to honor Aphrodite. She did have a hand in their meeting after all and was protecting his love still. It made him smile every time one of their human guests made a comment about the pop of red in all of the magical purple and white.
And Blaine truly had outdone himself. The whole courtyard looked like a fairytale and smelled floral with a sprinkle of freshly cut grass. It just felt like love and spring and the birdsong was enough to make a person cry. It was as if they were singing just for them. It was gorgeous. Still, none of it compared to the man standing in front of him in a fitted dark tux, purple flower in his lapel, trembling fingers holding onto a piece of paper that featured words that threatened to sweep Blaine away all over again. He wanted to reach out and steady Sebastian’s hands and reassure him once more with three squeezes of love, but he was too taken with his words to do more than grin.
Sebastians words, the man who said so little but showed so much. Gods. It was all happening, it was real- they were getting married. Sure, technically they were already married, the papers were signed so they could leave for their honeymoon in the morning with little fuss, but here in front of an audience of people they cared about both present and in memory, it was actually happening. His breath hitched as he listened, Seb telling him that he loved him and everything he was almost made him lose what little control he had over himself and a teary laugh escaped him at Seb’s little joke.
“I hope someone recorded that so I can remind you that you said it later…”
He swallowed to keep himself from losing it over Sebastian’s sweetest words, but he could still feel the tremble in his bottom lip and his eyes stung with tears as gold met green. Blaine felt breathless and like he might float away and was only able to steady himself by reaching out and taking Seb’s hands in his.
“I- well, I guess it’s my turn,” He looked around the crowd at all the faces watching them- Sam, Hunter and even adorable little Mel, hair in ringlets, in her dad's arms stood next to them all with goofy grins on their faces. Tony stood in front of them looking gorgeous with her long braids piled on her head, the tip of her nose red from sniffling. She was doing such a good job. Freya and Ras sat happily with the two of them like proper wedding party members, Freya had trained the pup well. They both looked so proud, yes even Freya. Sabine sat up front with, wiping away tears as she listened, and he watched as Thomas actually took her hand in his as he looked up at Sebastian with- was that pride? He thought so. Blaine noted that David and Nick had snuck in somewhere in the back because of course they did, forbidden or not they had shown up. He gave them the smallest nod. Only two people were missing for him- one was in his heart and he could feel her there each time the spring breeze rustled a new batch of petals into the air, almost like his mom was throwing them herself. And the other person would be risking a great deal by showing up. He supposed his dad not being there was for the best even if it hurt both of them.
He cleared his throat, knowing it was pointless as his voice would be thick with tears the moment he tried to speak anyway.
“Sebastian… where do I even begin?” He squeezed Seb’s hands trying to steady himself and took another breath. “After I lost my mom I never really thought I’d find happiness. I had this… emptiness inside of me and I felt so alone all of the time even when people I cared about were around me. It felt like a piece missing that I hadn’t noticed before and nothing made me feel better about it. Nothing until you and Ras came crashing into me and turned my whole life upside down. The two of us have been through so much- more than most people could come back from, you know?” Blane wanted to say that they’d sacrificed and lost more than most but he didn't’ want anyone to question it, besides Sebastian knew what he meant, “we’ve fought so hard to keep what we have, this love- this untouchable thing, and we’ve came back stronger than ever after all of it, most people would just fall apart-” He swallowed hard, rolling his eyes upward to clear away the tears and losing a few in the process.
“I said I wouldn't cry and here I am crying- shocking, I’m sure.” he paused and brought one of Seb's hands to his lips before kissing it gently, “What I’m trying to say is that I love you so much. In fact, I love you a little more every single day that I get to spend with you. Loving you is the easiest thing I’ve ever done and getting to just sit next to you and wind down on the couch each night after a hard day is the most magical thing in the world to me.” He didn’t care if that last line was cheesy, he meant it.
He wanted to tiptoe up and kiss his person, but Tony was telling them it was time for rings and Blaine’s heart jumped again knowing they were one step closer to being Mr. and Mr. Smythe-Anderson. Normally there would be a ring bearer but the two of them had decided to keep the rings close to their hearts in honor of the way Seb had proposed during their short engagement. Blaine reached up to Sebastian’s necklace, the one that held his protective crystals and wedding ring and slid Seb’s ring loose with shaking but sure hands, nodding to Seb to do the same, his fingers gently guiding Sebastian’s to his own necklace.
Sebastian’s POV:
It came as no surprise that Blaine’s vows were perfectly picked and poised. Most guests wouldn’t think twice about the word ‘magical’ but to Sebastian it meant everything. In their world, one filled with enchanted fruit, gods, cryptids, and teleportation, Blaine had picked him as the most bewitching thing. He had always picked him over the power and the divination, over leading the Witches in his father’s footsteps. Sebastian had never really felt like anybody’s first pick before he met the other man. He wiped a tear off of his cheek with the back of his hand and rolled his eyes playfully, only for B to see.
He knew that later on, when it was just the two of them in their bed that they’d tease each other about how sappy everything was and that he would cheekily deny his nervous hands and watery eyes, he’d smother B with kisses to end the playful teasing and the dark would wrap them up as they tangled together.
The rest of the ceremony was a bit of a blur. They slipped each other’s rings on with shaky and soft laughter. They kissed and held each other tight when Tony announced them as husband and husband. They walked down the aisle surrounded by soft applause and shiny eyes. Sebastian stopped to hug his mother and Blaine shook Thomas’s hand. Looking around at the small group, Sebastian couldn’t wait to get inside and celebrate with their friends and family.
Sabine had helped them set up the downstairs of their home or the small reception. There were more of Blaine’s flowers and handmade candles with lemon balm and cinnamon for good cheer enchantments to keep the mood bright. Sam was in charge of music and manned the record player, Sabine doted over the appetizers and insisted all the guests eat more. Hunter cheered when the two of them sloppily fed each other the first slice of their chocolate wedding cake.
They spun around the living room dancing with their friends to their favorite songs, taking turns twirling Mel around, her giggle better than the music- the champagne didn’t stop flowing (literally, it was secretly magical) and the furniture was covered in suit jackets and discarded high heels. There was candle wax on the floor and flower petals in their hair. Sebastian hated mess and disorganization but this felt perfect, felt like one of the parties Blaine had described from the old times, when witches would dance and sing and drink for the changing seasons.
Blaine’s POV:
Blaine’s body buzzed with an energy that could only be defined as cosmic as their wedding evening soared on. He was tipsy on champagne, laughter and stolen kisses. He’d already referred to Sebastian as his husband more times than was really necessary but he couldn't seem to help himself. It was made all the better by the twinkle in his husband's eye each time he turned to answer Blaine’s call which made Blaine want to keep doing it even more. He found it so hard to contain himself when Sebastian cheekily referred to Blaine as Mr. Blaine Smythe-Anderson while they were pressed close and slow dancing to a song that had lost its lyrics to the melody of Sebastian's voice whispering the words into Blaine’s ear. He swallowed hard, stupidly happy as he remixed an echo of the words to Sebastian by replacing his name with Seb’s and giggling like a kid and good gods they were the cheesiest they’d ever been before. He secretly loved it though and supposed it was warned after the chaos they’d been through.
He was about to make himself pull away so that he could surprise his man with one more thing before the party ended and he got to steal him away and into their bedroom for the night when, dancing there and looking over Seb’s shoulder he spotted a face that outside that he was sure wouldn't be able to make it. There, in their flowery courtyard, standing just out of the fairy light glow where only Blaine could see him stood Will Anderson. His dad was smiling at him, really smiling- blue eyes glittering with a happiness Blaine hadn't seen on him since before his mom died. Blaine’s breath hitched and before he could even smile back, Will was gone. He smiled to himself, opting to keep the secret for just him until later on when he could share it with Seb. Weeks later when the two of them would go through their wedding gifts Blaine would find Will’s gift among the guests as if he’d been there the whole time and perhaps he had been. Blaine hoped so.
He let himself sway with Sebastian for a few moments longer, just breathing in his husband and the revelry around him, his heart feeling light and fluttery with joy over the events of the day. He pulled back and tiptoed up to press a few soft, lingering kisses to Seb’s lips before guiding him to a chair he had placed next to the piano he’d moved into their living room. When he’d magicked it down here yesterday Sebastian had been curious but Blaine had jus told him that someone might want to play it. Nevermind that the someone happened to be him. He cleared his throat and the music faded away slowly by his own doing. He made sure to make the change subtle so their less “in the know” guest wouldn't wonder how he’d done it.
“I, um, I have another little surprise for my husband.”
He licked his lips as he looked around at everyone's faces. He suddenly felt so strangely nervous as he sat down at the bench. Blaine performed live all the time. He sang and played at the Snowed In, he sang and played at the river and in parks and on stages. That was the whole reason they’d even met in the first place. But looking up at everyone now, Blaine felt so overwhelmed that his nerves were starting to get the better of him and he wondered for a moment if playing, which was one of Blaine’s strongest magics, with people like Sabine and Thomas around would give him way. He couldn’t help but hum with his natural, Witchy energy when he played, but most people didn’t notice because they were strangers or they knew what to look for. People just knew they felt better after hearing Blaine play. But, one look at Sebastian’s eager, open and smiling face told him it was okay and he let his fingers hover over the keys. He kept his eyes up and trained on Seb as he spoke, not wanting to miss a moment.
“I’ve spent a long time trying to find the perfect song because of course I was going to sing to you, you know? I mean, it’s me. I wondered if maybe I should go over the top and happy, or slow and sappy. There were so many options I could have used to show you how I felt and then the other day while baking for the Snowed-In this little gem came on and it hit me, I thought it described exactly how I felt when I first met you, Sebastian. And I am so happy that you went against your own rules and reached out to me after that first night and didn’t let me spend forever wondering if you knew how very enchanted I was to meet you…”
Blaine grinned to himself at the silly romantics of it all and let his voice trail off as he pressed his fingers to the keys, shifting into a slow, stripped down piano version of Taylor Swift’s Enchanted. His voice rang sweet and soft yet seemed to fill the room as if that was all that there was in the world. He moved his way through the song, his eyes never leaving his husbands as the rest of the room faded until it was just the two of them.-
(There I was again tonight
Forcing laughter, faking smiles
Same old tired, lonely place
Walls of insincerity, shifting eyes and vacancy
Vanished when I saw your face
All I can say is, it was enchanting to meet you
Your eyes whispered, "Have we met?"
'Cross the room your silhouette
Starts to make its way to me
The playful conversation starts
Counter all your quick remarks
Like passing notes in secrecy
I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew
I was enchanted to meet you…
And now I'm pacing back and forth
Wishing you were at my door
I'd open up and you would say, "Hey"...
…
This was the very first page
Not where the story line ends
My thoughts will echo your name, until I see you again…
…
Please don't be in love with someone else
Please don't have somebody waiting on you
…
This night is flawless, don't you let it go
I'm wonderstruck, dancing around all alone
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew
I was enchanted to meet you…)
Blaine’s voice, though trained to do the exact opposite, cracked on his last note as emotions took over and what seemed silly a moment ago left him feeling raw and exposed in his feelings now. His vision blurred with tears as the room came back into view, everyone standing with blissful, softly magicked expressions on their faces- Blaine had tried to only channel his energies to Sebastian since he knew what to expect. Blaine’s vision tunneled only to him, Seb who looked just as blissful and a little in awe, his eyes bright and green in the candle and fairy light glow. Was his husband crying too? Blaine stood on jelly legs and closed the short distance between them, eyes full of happy tears and enveloped Sebastian safe and protected in his arms.
“I know it was cheesy, I couldn't help myself though. I just love you so fucking much, Seb.” The words were whispered against Seb’s jaw as Blaine tried and failed to reach for new kisses.
“I can’t wait to spend forever showing you how much.”
Sebastian’s POV:
Sebastian quirked his head to the side, a curious smile spread across his face as Blaine pulled away and announced that he had another surprise. Their guests turned to follow Blaine as he walked over to his instrument. He could feel everyone’s eyes switch over to watch him, to look for his reaction. All Seb could do was smile and watch his new husband speak, his fingers ghosting over the keys, itching to play.
As Blaine spoke, he could picture their first chance meeting perfectly. Well, chance probably wasn’t the right word. It was destiny. It was the fates plan all along. Seb thought about how B told him they were connected by an invisible string that tangled and wove around their lives until they finally came crashing into one another.
He shook his head and rolled his eyes playfully as Blaine wove the song title into his introduction. The whole thing was just so perfectly Blaine and just so reminiscent of their beginning that he couldn’t stop grinning. Sebastian could feel the pang of happy tears threatening to fall as the other man kept his golden eyes locked on his. His body felt like it might float away with Blaine's magic music flowing through him.
When the song ended the two of them crashed into each other’s arms and held tight.
“That was perfect, B.”
He finally caught Blaine’s lips in a soft kiss, “I love you back. Can’t wait to hear you sing for the rest of my life.”
____
The party slowly wound down after midnight. Sabine urged them to not worry about the mess, said that she’d take care of it. Of course all Blaine needed to do was wave a hand and the whole place would look good as new but they had to agree and thank her to save face. Sebastian had a feeling that even if his mother knew for sure that B was a witch, she would still insist on cleaning. She shooed them away, towards the stairs and told them to go to bed.
“You two have a flight in only a few hours. Don’t worry about me or the pets. Go. Go!”
They knew that they had their flight to Norway and that they should probably sleep a little but, B was magical, after all. He could whip them something up to give them energy or even add more time to their day.
As soon as they were in the privacy of their own room, their hands were on each other. It felt like their first time, tripping over pant legs and awkwardly trying to take dress shoes off, laughing at the ridiculousness of it all.
Blaine’s POV:
As the song ended and Sebastian fell into his arms Blaine made sure to discreetly brush the little happy tears from Seb’s cheeks.
“Good because I have saved so many melodies just for you….”
His voice was a hushed and giddy whisper as he twirled them around the room while Sebastian whispered the sweetest things back to him. Blaine’s once aching and lonely world felt so full and new at that moment. Sure, the two of them had spent beautiful and terrifying years together already, but this felt different. This felt new and exciting and most of all- safe. He felt a security he hadn't felt since his mother had died. With Sebastian by his side and friends on their side he was ready to experience all that life had to offer now. He could hardly wait to start.
Guests slowly started to head home, all except Sabine who had sent her own husband on and was insisting she stay and pet sit for Ras and Freya even though they had told her they could make arrangements for them. She wouldn't hear anything else and wanted to clean their wedding mess and to sleep in their guest room. She wanted time with her grandpets. Between Sebastian and him though, they thought she might be using it as an excuse to have two weeks of alone time. She was already dressed for bed and curled up on their couch with Freya at her side and Ras at her feet. A book in her lap and a glass of wine in hand as she absently shooed them up the stairs- almost as if they weren’t even registering to her.. It made Blaine smile how comfortable she was.
Come morning Blaine would be whisking Sebastian away to chase the mystical northern lights in Norway and there they’d remain for the next two weeks, tucked away in a snowy village almost as old as magic. Seb wasn’t much for snow, but he loved Blaine and they already had a second summer honeymoon planned out for August in which Blaine told Sebastian he’d take him someplace hot where they could be next to naked together on sandy beaches again. But for now, the snow called and besides, Blaine had already promised to keep his husband warm with more than just magic.
His hands fumbled like the first night and strange nerves made his fingers quiver over Sebastian’s freckled skin when he pressed him down into their bed. Everything felt new and just like it always had to him- it was like he was seeing the two of them in a new light, yet nothing had changed at all. He was all energy and want and filled with unfamiliar clumsy giddiness. And yet each rise of Seb’s constellation of freckles under his fingertips was as familiar as his own skin. Each kiss, giggle, gasp and moan felt like home and he couldn’t get enough.
He couldn’t wait to spend the next two weeks alone with his person doing exactly this every chance they got under flickering aurora borealis greens and pinks. Aphrodite was going to be so pleased with them by the trip's end, he was sure of it. Furthermore, he couldn’t wait to spend forever knowing he’d finally get to freely live his life just loving Sebastian. He was getting everything he’d ever wanted.

Jamie looked at the Dominant where he was standing against the doorframe with his arms crossed. He chewed at his bottom lip lightly as Sebastian spoke, the teasing tone caught by the submissive and the only reason he didn't duck his head like he might have otherwise. "Yes, Sir." He said softly, aware that Sebastian spoke the truth. If he didn't appreciate the company then he wouldn't have had Jamie over in the first place. He also wouldn't have given the offer if he hadn't meant it, but Jamie didn't want to overstay his welcome either. He watched as the man moved from the bathroom doorway and to the main door of the room, informing Jamie that he was going to be walking him back to his dorm, even if Jamie was fine with walking back. "Yes, Sir. I'll stay here." He told him, and he knew that he would do simply that.
He opened the water that he still had in his hand and took another sip of it, still thirsty but he didn't feel anywhere near as dehydrated as he had at first. He looked up again when the man reappeared, dressed in a hoodie now as he reappeared. He ducked his head momentarily as Sebastian called him out for still being on shaky legs-- aware that the man might not have been wrong even if Jamie felt better now that he'd had some water and time to calm down. "Yes, Sir." He said as he got to his feet obediently and walked over to where the Dominant was.
He followed beside the man as they left the penthouse and headed to the stairs and made their way back to Jamie's floor. They walked at a calm pace, which Jamie was fine with. He was walking just fine, but he could tell his legs were still a little shaky as Sebastian put it, or he was just still coming back down from the high intensity experience he'd just had. He expected the man to excuse himself as they reached Jamie's door and he opened it, but Sebastian reached a hand out on his shoulder and Jamie paused before he entered, turning to face the man when he spoke. He gave the Dominant a soft smile, appreciating the man's concern for him even though their scene was over-- not that he expected anything less from the man who had been nothing but considerate and understanding with Jamie's lack of experience. "Thank you, Sir and I will." He promised him. "I'm happy to hear that, Sir and I thank you again for all your patience with me. Sleep well, Sir." He said, watching as the Dominant turned to leave again before Jamie entered his dorm to start settling down for the night.
END SCENE
Sebastian crossed his arms and leaned against the doorframe, and gave him a curious look. "If I had thought you were intruding, I wouldn't have asked to come over in the first place. I don't enjoy having intruders" he said, with a teasing tone and a small wink, then pulled himself from the bathroom door and headed for the room's one. "I'm glad to hear that you don't, but I'm walking you there. Stay here" he said before disappearing out the door, and he went into his master bedroom and took the shirt he was wearing off, then grabbed one of his hoodies and put it on, before heading back to the playroom, where Jamie was. "You're still on shaky legs, Jamie, and it's three floors to go back to your room. Let's go."
They both left the penthouse and begun the walk down the stairs, slowly, while Sebastian kept aa watchful eye so the other wouldn't fall. Eventually, they made it to the other's room and when he opened the door the Dominant turned to him and put his hand on his shoulder. "Well, get a good rest, and don't forget to keep drinking plenty of fluids, understood?" He gave his shoulder a soft squeeze. "You did good. Sleep well, James." With that, he smiled at him and took the stairs again to go back to his penthouse.

Long Term Plans || Self Para (Jan 21st)
(Mentions of Elliott Smythe and @switchingolliesmythe )
---
After a morning spent walking and shopping for necessary things around town, Sebastian and Elliott grabbed lunch, Italian, before heading back to the school. A shower and some fooling around included preceeded the time for a nap, and after an hour or so, he was quietly walking out of the room, leaving his boyfriend soundly asleep, so he could get into the kitchen to get something to drink.
It was then he could hear his phone buzzing. He had left it on top of the couch when they came back to the penthouse, so it was easy for him to hear it. But upon seeing the ID of who was calling on the screen, he wished he hadn't.
"Father. How unusual of you to call me. Has someone died?"
He could practically feel the older man's eyes rolling on the other side of the phone. "I did npt know one of your classes included stand up comedy. I can tell you are already failing, Bastien." He also rolled his eyes and drank a good sip of his juice before he spoke again. "What do you want?"
He heard a creak and a shuffle sound on the other side of the phone, and he could tell Alastair had stood up from his leather chair and was now pacing, which he always did when he was about to drop a bomb. "I wanted to hear from you how things are going. As you know, I have my own contacts to keep me informed, but there are things that maybe they do not know, or that they are not willing to tell me." Sebastian walked into his office and shut the door behind him. "Your interest in us moves me, father" he said, sounding as sarcastic as he intended to be. "Everything is going well. We had a small setback when Elliott had to go for months to take care of his father who was sick. When he returned, the Head stripped him off all his points, so he is back to the start of it all. Luckily, we did not get our claim disolved, so that is something."
He heard the 'hmph' sound on the other side. "I always told you that boy was not worth the trouble." Sebastian also huffed. "I am also grateful our claim is intact, thank you. On the other hand, I have one level, and some more before I get to graduate, and I'm glad for that. As for Oliver-" He rubbed his forehead. "It seems he has found someone he would like to get a claim going with, so three cheers for him not ending a slave, right?" Th cackle that came from the other man caught him off guard. "You are not fooling anyone, Bastien. I know you would not let that happen if it came to that-" The point is it is not coming to that. Bad news for you is, you will not be having your dream 'both my sons are Dominants' anymore, because he would be choosing submission, so I feel for you about that one." His answer didn't seem to settle well with the older man. "But is that for certain? Is it settled?" Sebastian shrugged, even if only himself could see that. "It seems that way, I would not know. I confronted him for not telling me anything, and he never got back to me, so... I suppose he wants to do his own thing himself? I do not know."
Alastair sighed deeply, or so could Sebastian hear, then he also heard the sound of him sitting on his chair again. "We would deal with that when the time comes. In the meantime, I am glad to hear you are closer to your graduation, because that mean you get to come back home." Sebastian, who was also pacing around the room, stopped on his tracks. "I'm sorry- what?" Alastair sighed again, although now you could tell it was from annoyance. "Once you graduate, you have to come home, because we need to start the paperwork with you here. You will take my place at the Embassy one day, and you graduating is the first step. Some legal procedures need to take place, and then you can also enroll in the University here to continue Law school."
Now it was Sebastian who sat on his chair. "I am going to attend university here, in the States, father. I will go to Paris, because the laws of our country command me so, but after that, and until my time really comes, my residence will stay here." Another sounding, more evil cackle came from the man. "It is funny, you thinking you actually have a say on this matter. Anyway, I wanted you to be aware of this. Do not say later I did not tell you. Au revoir, Bastien."
The click sound meant their phone call was over, and God, he was thankful for that. He pressed the number 3 for speed dial, and Ollie's name came on the screen, but as soon as it did he pressed the red button. He put the phone on his desk and sighed as he leaned back on his chair, his hands rubbing his face before going up his head, and then down the back of his neck. He took one more breath and stood up, then headed straight back into his room, and in his bed, where he put his arms around Elliott and sighed.
For the rest of the day he tried not to think about that phonecall.
He failed.

Masks From The Past || Sebmax
Max stepped out of the limousine when it finally stopped, and he offered his hand out to the blonde young woman who followed him suit, kissing her hand, and then smiled at the young man he came out after her, gorgeous features and kind eyes, under an always peculiar short mop of pink hair. He kissed him on the cheek, then stood in between them, offering both of them an arm. The three of them were wearing masks, Max the only one wearing a black one, while the other two wear white and gold ones, and the masks covered their faces only in half, leaving their lips on plain sight. “Well? Are we ready to party our hearts out, loves?” he said cheerfully, while tapping the pocket on his suit, where he kept the stash of goodies they had at their disposal for the night. A sounding “yes!” came from his companions, just as they entered the building where the party was taking place.
The Valentine’s Day NY Foundraiser Ball.
There was never not a good excuse for all the socialites in the Big Apple to show up at parties like that, so they can show off how much money they had to offer “for charity”, and also to spend on drinks and appetizers with a price on them no regular person would be able to pay in a lifetime. Fortunately for Max, it was exactly his kind of party, and it was made even better by the fact that on that night he has his significative others with him. His boyfriend and girlfriend, Aki and Audrey, who Max had met when he was first admitted at Columbia University, at the Film Studies School, two years ago. After dancing around the idea of an actual relationship for over a year, they had finally decided to take that one further step and so, the Big Bad Wolfe, which was what Gossip Girl called him, had been tamed. At least, for now. But on that particular night, the three of them had made a pact to have as much fun as they could, in any way, as long as they did it all together, and that alone held the promise of quite the fun night for them.
After socializing for a good while, and with his eyes scanning the room constantly, Max soon spotted a group of men up on the mezzanine level of the ballroom, all dressed up in fancy black suits and laughing to each other while apparently hearing a joke. But one of them striked him as familiar, and that alone made him curious. “I’ll be right back” he told both Audrey and Aki, then kissed them on the cheek before he went up the stairs and walked up to the man whose voice sounded familiar. “Alan, oh Alan.. I’d recognized that voice under any mask” he said with a lewd tone, leaving no doubt at what he had meant with that.

PARA 001
Elliott didn't have a lot of downtime lately, he was supposed to be training but honestly he needed the rest. He needed to read. And the latest series he's been reading had a new book come out, so he was dying to read it but no place would do. So he headed to Central Park where the large expanse of grass called for him, but a special spot.
Once he made it under a tree and got comfortable, Elliott grabbed out his glasses and deep dived into the world of Greek gods in the modern world.
It had been more than a month since Sebastian had moved to New York, and between classes and being an intern, or more like a slave, at a Law firm, his life was hectic enough to allow himself a breather. That day though, with the excuse of doing some errands, he decided to take some time to himself, and what better place to do that that Central Park.
After buying a nice cup of coffee from one of the vendors there, he made his way between the big trees, his feet almost floating over the fresh spring grass, while the warm rays of the sun fell on his face after sneaking through the leaves. Only for a second he managed to look back down on his own step, and that's when he saw him.
Elliott.
He stood frozen for a good second or two, deciding what he should do next. It had been almost five years since they had last seen each other, so maybe he wouldn't remember him? He scoffed at himself. Who wouldn't remember Sebastian Smythe? Taking a deep breath, he kept on walking until he stood within a proper, non-invasive distance. "Elliott Anderson. As I live and breathe" he said, with a warm smile on his face.
@sexonastick-blaineanderson
Elliott was pretty concentrated on his book, this was the long awaited third book after all and he was ready to dive in. Though his mind did wander back to training as his coach kept reminding him of his impending try outs for the national team, one step closer to being on the Olympic team but he digressed. All this practice just made him want to own a bookstore, be done with swimming and only swim for fitness and fun.
But he shook that thought away when he heard a very familiar voice he hadn't heard in a while, looking up from the edges of his glasses, he felt like he stopped breathing when he saw Sebastian.
His Sebastian
He needed to say something but all he could do was try to close his book, which he didn't pay attention to because he fumbled a little before dropping it "S-Sebastian, oh my gosh. Hi" he got out as he grabbed the book and got up from where he sat before speaking again "You look good.."
Sebastian couldn't help but chuckle softly at how caught off guard Elliott looked, which wasn't that much surprising to be fair, and he took the chance to get one step closer while the other stood up, or managed to do so. "Not so much like yourself. Like good wine, you got better with age. Adulthood suits you. So, how about this, huh? We both are in New York after all. Small world."
He tried to make out of the book he had in his hand by tilting his head. "Is that required reading? You're in college, yes?" He chuckled and shook his head. "Sorry. Too many questions" he said, then looked around, catching on yet another detail. "You're here all by yourself? You're not with... whats-his-name, anymore?"
Once he stood up, he did notice the other moved closer but he didn't mind, it would be weird for them to be stood far away from one another otherwise. Shaking his head like the bashful schoolboy, he smirked "Oh stop it, you're the epitome of fine wine, and you know it" he nodded with a bite to his lip "Honestly didn't think new York was your thing, but to be fair...that was 5 years ago" he said quietly by the end.
Tilting his head before blushing "Oh gosh no, to both actually..this is just a new book of mine I've been dying to read...and no, no college" ge shrugged "I got straight into swim training...trying out for the national team to hopefully get onto the olympic" though he didn't say that with much enthusiasm before noticed sebastian and his outfit, smirking "What about you, dressed all smart. College? Job?" He said.
"Uh yeah I'm by myself" he admitted sheepishly before tucking the book under his arm "We broke up a while ago"
Sebastian laughed earnestly at that. "I don't think my hotness was ever under discussion here, but I will take the compliment, thank you" he said, his face literally shining now that he was seeing Elliott again. In all fairness, and even while still looking like a cute school boy, the man looked much more mature, and if possibly even more gorgeous than he once did. "Um... yeah- heh... A lot happens in five years" he simply said, looking down at a leaf at his feet and kicking it slightly.
"Oh, so you kept on doing that? Swimming? I'm surprised I haven't seen you on the U.S. Olympic Team already. I always half expect to see your name on the probable list of people for it." He looked down at himself and chuckled. "Ah, yes. Both, actually. I'm at the Columbus University, Law School. I know, shocking, huh? And I also work for the Tettler and Brown law firm, doing my internship already."
He raised a brow and shrugged. "Oh. Sorry about that" he said, although deep in his heart he was glad about it, since he had always felt that relationship had been nothing but toxic for Elliott.
"I never said you were hot, just a fine wine" he joked before he really looked at the other, he had definitely grown and for the better. He was handsome before but even more so now, he had this swagger about him that Elliott hadn't seen before. Noticing the awkwardness of that comment, he left it be, no need to focus on the past.
"Yeah still competing in swimming...I would have been on the Olympic team for the 2026 Olympics but that's when a lot of shit happened and I missed out" he said without meeting Sebastian's eyes as he felt ashamed for not making it then, now he had to wait in hopes he would even have a chance. But hearing sebastians life really made him smile, "Wow look at you, you're really doing it all huh? That's amazing sebastian, I'm happy for you"
Shrugging "It is what it is..." he scuffed his shoe on the grass "Guess I'm meant to be on my own" Elliott mumbled before looking to meet Sebastian's eyes "Did you want to sit or walk? Unless I'm keeping you from work or study?"
Sebastian chuckled and shook his head. "No way you back paddle from that one now, Elliott. Too late" he said with a playful tone, thankful that the other didn't carry on with his comment about 5 five years being a lot of time. Because it was, and so many things had gone so differently than what they had once thought they would, so there was no need to bring all that up now. For now.
"Oh... I'm sorry hear that. I hope everything that happened is okay by now?" he asked with genuine concern in his voice. To know that he had been going through things that hadn't allowed him to train and compete the way Sebastian remembered he had always loved made him extra bad for not being present in his life to support him in a way. "Yes, well... To the shock of absolutely no one, I became my father, so hooray for me" he said with a chuckle, although there was a big chunk of sarcasm in his tone.
Not really wanting to pull Elliott's ex in the conversation, he simply shrugged. "Who knows? Maybe your great love is out there somewhere, and you just haven't met him, or her yet." In response to the other's question, he stepped up and sat on the grass. "I rather to spend my free time with you, catching up" he said, patting the spot next to him.
Elliott rolled his eyes playfully as he looked to the other, he hadn't changed either since the last time they saw each other. It did bring up memories for Elliott, having the other stand before him at this moment, but he shook it off.
"I've got tryouts for the national team...in hopes to make the Olympic team but..." he let out a long breath "It's not the same anymore for me" he admitted. Elliott loved swimming, every bit of it but it was different for him now, he had other passions. Elliott tilted his head a little "No, you may think you are but you're not. I can tell" he admitted.
Noticing the her comment, he chuckled "I haven't been with a woman since...y'know" he lead off before he sat down as well "I didn't want to keep you from anything important"
It was difficult, more like impossible for him to stand in front of Elliott freaking Anderson and not being playful and flirty, like all those years ago. But from the look in the other's face, it was obvious it wasn't something he was into any more, so let that part go.
"I'm sorry, but I don't understand. To be the best in swimming was all you talked about back at school. It's... weird hearing you talk like that." He shrugged. "So, what would you like to do, if it's not swimming?"
He chuckled, while Elliott sat beside him. "Always thinking the best of me, huh? Maybe not now, but one day I'll most likely be like him... But enough of that- Did you end up getting into NYU?"
Did Elliott have feelings for Sebastian? Of course he did, they were everything to each other 5 years ago but it didn't work out the way they wanted. And after everything, Elliott was scared to get hurt, not just by sebastian but by anyone.
"I love swimming but I'm honestly getting tired of competing, after missing that opportunity...it took a part of me I think that I can't find" he shrugged "Own a bookstore maybe?" Looking to Sebastian and seeing that look, he felt like he let him down.
"I disagree, you may be his son but you have your own views, opinions..nope you'll be different, you always have been" he smiled before nodding "Yes I did, I completed my degree for publishing actually..."
Sebastian took a sip of his coffee, remembering all the sudden the cup was still in his hand. "Well.. You know what they say. Sometimes, it simply isn't the right time..." he said, with a soft sigh lingering in his words. They both knew about time not being right for some things, no matter how bad it was wanted.
He looked at him curiously and smiled. "A bookstore, huh? Hm, that sounds like a fine idea. Of course, in this e-book age and era, it needs to be a very good concept for it to attract people to actually buy the books; but it sure sounds like a good challenge for you."
It wasn't the first time they had that same debate, and he found it funny that even after all those years, they were able to go full circle and right back to the same topic. It was because of that, that Sebastian knew that no amount of argument would make Elliott to change his mind about that, so he simply shifted the topic. "Ah. Now the bookstore makes much more sense."
"Well I want to embrace the e-book era as well, I wanted to get an app for the store so people can rent a book for $5 or something, it's a once off so once you read that last page it's not available anymore. But if you choose to purchase the book, then you get that $5 off, the total price...I don't know it's a brainstorm" he shrugged as he had a feeling he was reaching a bit far but he wanted to give it a go.
They always seemed to have this about them, talking about those similar topics but also having a fresh perspective too. He smirked a little about the bookstore comment "It all comes full circle" he joked before running his hand through his hair "So tell me about you, what you've been doing"
Sebastian couldn't help but smiling brightly while he listened to Elliott going on about his initial idea for this e-book business idea. One of the many things he loved about him back when they were together, it was how his whole face lit up when he came up with an idea, or a plan for them to have fun, or maybe even simply to study. It was like he could actually see the cogs turning inside his head.
"Now, that's actually a very good approach of things. And, where to start, if not brainstorming, hm? I seem to remember that was when you would get your best ideas, back in the day." He leaned back on his seat and took one final sip of his coffee before he put the empty cup down. "It does indeed. You would need a good publisher lawyer to see all the copywriting things to be done right."
He looked at him and smiled when he asked him that. "Well, as I've already said, I'm a lawyer, already doing my masters degree. And also, I have a small, private practice, other than working at Tettler & Brown, which takes care mostly of pro-bono cases within the LGBTQI+ community... That's been really something else. Quite the eye opener."
No matter how much time has passed, they seemed to have settled back into old habits. Like Brainstorming and talking about ideas, it truly made Elliott feel like he was back in school again...when he was happy. Taking a deep breath as he had to reset his brain in that moment, he couldn't think like that, sebastian wasn't interested and he probably wasn't the right guy anyways for him.
Chuckling gently, he nodded "It hasn't changed, honestly I'm still the same guy, just older and not that much wiser" he joker before he twirled his fingers as he noticed the other putting his cup down "Yeah I'd imagine it'll be a hard thing to get permission for...but that's the big goal, First is to have the bookstore, get the books and get the hard work in first" he explained "Good thing I know a lawyer" Elliott nudged his arm gently.
Eyes going wide a little, he was impressed, the other was doing it all. Like he said he would. "Wow...how do you even have time to sit with me right now? You must be busy Ba- Sebastian, that's amazing though what you're doing for our community.."
Sebastian shifted on his seat once he put the cup down, crossing his legs and faced Elliott properly to give him his full attention; that, and also, he wasn't going to miss the chance to look properly at him, after all that time since the last time they've seen each other. "Oh shush. You were always wiser, or at least, the wiser one" he said with a soft chuckle, referring mainly to those days where he had been the brain of their relationship, whereas Sebastian had always been the more hot headed one.
"Well, I don't know much about copywrite laws, but I can surely give you some directions towards a good one" he said, actually glad he could be of any help to Elliott at all. "Oh! Because I have a clone of me running around the city, that's how" he said, then laughed and shook his head. "You know me. I'm just a perfect planner of things. Did you really think I would go through the day without my dose of caffeine? And look what it brought me today- To get to see you again." He smiled at him, then looked the other away. "I think that's what's made it all much better."
Tilting his head curiously at the other before smiling gently, they were always like ying and yang all those years ago. Opposites but they worked so well together, they helped each other in areas they lacked. But it wasn't enough it seemed. "I don't see myself as wise, but thank you...you're too kind" he replied gently.
"That's okay, I was only joking with you anyways" he elbowed him gently before laughing "I wasn't talking about him anyways, I'm surprised he's even in the City, thought he would be in Europe" he commented. Blushing a little, he tried to hide it but knew that the other would notice the sudden change of his skin. He knew how to get Elliott to react afterall "Are you saying it was fate we saw each other today Mr Smythe?" he all but whispered, toying with the pages of his book, needing to feel something other than his own hands "I never thought I would see you again"
Sebastian smiled. "Thank you for that too. And yes, I am. But I'm also right" he said, giving him a pointed look, as if he was challenging him to debate his logic, which was something they did often to one another back in the day. And as easy as it was, or felt to simply went back to those moments, or how they would have acted on them, it took him half a second to force himself to remember those days were gone. So, he nodded and looked away quickly, going back to be attentive and serious.
He shrugged. "In the end, I liked it here better. It was a chance for me to do what I actually like, and if I had returned to Paris, I would have certainly ended up doing something my father would had wanted me to. So, I said 'fuck it', and took my chances here." When Elliott said that he looked at him again, then smiled. "As a matter of fact, I do." He grabbed the empty cup again. "Someone told me just yesterday that the guy at this specific coffee cart did delicious coffee, so I figured today it would be a good day to try it out. And it's because of that, I took this specific route on the Park. Do you realize how difficult is just to randomly run into someone, at a place this big? I never come this way, and today I did. Is that good enough of a reason to you?"
He swallowed hard and nodded. "To be honest, me neither. And that, apparently, leaves us with the awkwardness of tiptoeing around a conversation that's maybe preventing us from asking the real important questions."
"You always want to be right, even now" he shook his head, meeting his eyes with a look of you're still going to play this game? before he smiled gently. They always seemed to be in a constant banter of who will win. Not a bad thing but it was so easy for them to slip into. Elliott did wish they still could do it more often, but he had to remind himself that they weren't for each other anymore.
Listening to Sebastian, he was saddened about the fact that their father still tried to have his hooks deep into the two boys but knew he wouldn't quit until the day he died really. "I'm glad you took that chance, not allowing him to control you anymore y'know?" he commented "Your father hated me I think because I enabled you to be more independent than before...and I didn't fit his criteria I guess" Elliott always got the cold shoulder from Sebastian's father, but Elliott just brushed off the chill. Raising his brow curiously, he grinned "It is yes, think someone was guiding you today, without your full knowledge"
Biting his lip, he let out a long breath "I've never seen you tiptoe around a conversation Sebastian, no matter how awkward it is" he mumbled before looking at his hands, toying with the finger that once held a ring he wore for Sebastian "I fucked everything up is what you mean"
He shrugged. "No one ever met his criteria, not even me, or my brother. I can only think that if he cloned himself, then he would be satisfied, although come to think of it, maybe he wouldn't be happy, even then. Bu thank you- It has felt nice so far, not to have heard from him about how much of a disappointment I was anymore. Being here meant being free, and I wasn't about to let that pass." Another shrug. "Call it what you want, but I don't believe in coincidences. What's meant to be, is. And what's not, isn't. As simple as that."
He looked ahead and sighed. "Maybe I just prefer to be quiet, or I'd be rather hurtful otherwise" he said, then looked at him again. "It's exactly what I mean, and it's exactly what you did" he said, then looked away again. "But you had your reasons. I always had the feeling I wasn't worth the risk anyway. You wanted a quiet, boring life with Kurt. And you got it, however short it was."
"Honestly I think if he did have a clone, he would find the faults that we all see and he would still say he himself is perfect" he agreed before smiling "I am proud you made that step Sebastian, I know it mustn't have been easy for you but doing so probably showed him that he doesn't control you like he thought he could when we were in school" he explained. Biting his lip, he simply nodded.
Wincing just a little at that comment, he wasn't sure if he could hear what might come but he knew he deserved it also "I was stupid and naive to think that going back to Kurt would be a forever thing...I should have seen the signs but I made a huge mistake that day" he admitted "I told Kurt that when we actually broke up, he threw a vase at my head" he smiled but it wasn't out of humour, more ridiculousness "I'm sorry for how I treated you"
Sebastian frowned a little. "The signs? What signs? I mean, other than me making a complete fool of myself and saying I had feelings for you- Was that what scared you so much, that you chose at that moment you wanted to spend the rest of your life being bored to death?" He rolled his eyes. "Not surprising. He was always a fucking drama queen" he said, wincing his nose, then shrugged. "I suppose it all worked out for the best in the end, right?"
Elliott shook his head "No no" he rushed out "Not with you, I should have seen the signs with Kurt..." he replied quickly "He would never want to meet my parents, never saw me during practice or meets...just a lot of things but just those little things" he mumbled before biting his lip, to stop from laughing "You said it not me". Nodding gently "I guess, but now I'm a failure, and here's you succeeding in life and your career is only just beginning"
Sebastian huffed under his breath, somehow not feeling better with what Elliott explained either, because in the end, even with all of those 'little things' he was speaking of, he still chose Kurt, and decided what they had wasn't worth the risk. "You're not a failure, Elliott... You're just- not where you're suppose to be, doing what you're suppose to love anymore, and that takes a toll. Once you figure that out, good things will come for you." He looked at him and sighed. "I know- I mean, I understand I'm also somewhat to blame for what happened. Maybe, I don't know... if I had gotten serious about my intentions, and not leading you into thinking we were just a fling, things would had been different- I don't know..."
Elliott sighed a little before shrugging "I guess so..." he said before he looked to sebastian with a curious look "I don't blame you Sebastian for anything that happened, I was young and foolish...I made a mistake that day..I chose wrong and it's my biggest regret"
Sebastian leaned back on the bench and shrugged. "You don't have to. I blame myself. Always have. I realized that I could've done it better-" He looked at him. "I could've fought for you, and perhaps- who knows, you would've... chosen me. Who knows where we could be now, if that had happened, right?" He sighed. "That's my biggest regret, Elliott. Not having fought harder, to keep you, and to make you understand that we would've been good together."
Shaking his head before he shuffled closer to Sebastian, putting his stuff to his side "Sebastian don't do that, don't think what if about me as it's my fault...I never blamed you for not coming after me, I fucked it all up myself by not even talking to you about it all...we could have...we could be together, but I screwed it all up for us"

Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer)
Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss)
David Karofsky (Max Adler)
Sebastian Smythe (Grant Gustin)
Unique Adams (Alex Newell)
Spencer Porter (Marshall Williams)

CHARITY GALA || SEBTRICK
Patrick stood half a step behind his father, as the whole family, that was his parents, his twin sister, Ari, and his youngest sister Mencia were greeting the guests at the entrance of the Blanco’s summer palace on the outskirts of London, on that beautiful summer night, for the gala event Patrick and Sebastian had put together to make their salespitch to the biggest and most important investors they could think of, so their program to help the youth with low incomes in their familes to have a proper education.
That party was the second step on achieving what they had thought of doing, after being thrown together to work, for the sake of their countries public relations, the ultimate step being actually putting the program into motion. And it wasn’t easy to get what they were at that moment, especially with the amount of snark, sarcasm, eye rolling and heated debates Patrick and Sebastian while being together at the office. But they had made in one piece, at least until now, and that night they got to put to put their charms on full good use, to convince people to invest in their program.
For Patrick, that was an easy job to do. He knew he only had to flash a big smile, and put on his cute, almost angelical face to get his way, and he intended to do that well that night. And as he looked at the other side of the aisle, where the French royal family was also standing and greeting their guests, and his eyes met Sebastian’s for once second before they both looked away with annoyance, Patrick knew the other would undoubtedly do the same. He better.
Once all the guest were ring inside the ballroom where they were saluted by both the King and the Duke, Patrick held onto a flute of champagne and took a quick sip of it, the bubbly drink giving him the first of many liquor courage he would be needing for the night.

Daria took a sip of her drink and just kind of raised an eyebrow at the man's remark. She didn't really understand what would possess a person to attend a function based around a holiday when they weren't even a fan of the holiday to begin with. And maybe it was a bit of her channeling her inner Dionne, the character she'd chosen to dress as that night, but she couldn't help but scoff and roll her eyes at his reason for even turning up in the first place. "Huh, well aren't you just a barrel of fun, good luck with that whole finding someone, then."
Sebastian got to drinking his cocktail, getting about halfway through before someone addressed him. He glanced over to the woman that spoke to him and gave a bit of a snort, shaking his head at her. Nobody had abandoned him, and he sincerely wished the best for anyone that would do so because fuck knows Sebastian wasn't the type to let that go easily. He wasn't that tired and the night frankly just started for him, so he shook his head at all of the above. "Halloween isn't my favorite holiday. I'm mostly just here for the booze and maybe finding someone."

You Get What You Give
Tina emerged from her quick subway ride and walked down the street near Blaine’s Upper Westside apartment. She’d always loved the gorgeous old building. It was close to the store, the park and Café LaLo, hers and Blaine’s favorite coffee shop to haunt after a movie. For a long time it had been “Blaine and Kurt’s place,” but it had always seemed to belong a little more to Blaine. Tina wondered whether Blaine’s work would cause him to move eventually. She hoped not.
Knocking at the door with happy anticipation, she looked forward to hearing about the caroling she’d missed, and whatever Blaine had to show her.
