Valentine’s Day couple dates headcanons (can be for any fandom)

ok i put off answering this bc i don't think i was awesome enough to think of them but i've mulled on it a bit and i think i'm ready. best prompt ever tho ur the best. i'm gonna go ahead and do my OTPs plus timebomb bc thats my current most popular fic !!

thalia thinks valentine's day is cheesy and is absolutely mortified to be participating in it. connor doesn't give her a choice (well, he does, but she can't say no to him). he takes it way too seriously; they go to brunch together at a retro style diner then go to a movie theatre and watch an action movie! afterwards they go on a lil nature walk and then get ice cream (pjo)

honestly despite the fanfic i actually don't ship MU timebomb i only ship AU timebomb sooo ekko and powder are going to the promenade to stroll through the border markets and have breakfast there! i'm thinking they head down in the fissures; work on projects together for a bit and close off with hanging out at the firelight tree or for something more private ekko would probably force powder to go up to the peak of old hungry together to see the view heh :) (league of legends/arcane)

clintasha go out to a nice restaurant and maybe do like a paint and sip or something! i feel like nastasha would plan the activity and they have a lot of fun there but then i imagine they leave early and have a night in: board games (color sudoku is my current fave), pizza with lucky, and maybe just chatting and a movie! all in all mostly domestic (which is how i like my ships...) amerikate would absolutely go to an arcade and win everything and maybe axe throwing idk maybe i just want to see america throwing an axe. multiple axes. also kate would probably be good at it too with her aim. in general: throwing things. they're good at it. they get sidetracked by some angsty supervillain trying to ruin superheroes' dates and have to arrest them (heroes never get a day off). kate therapizes the villain. america is constantly pissed off bc she just wants to hang out with her pretty girlfriend. hey maybe i should write a fic... ......i'm not gonna lie no other ships compel me enough to write a headcanon for them which is like probably kind of disappointing so lightning round!!! strike gets robin flowers, she pretends it doesn't mean anything, they stare at each other angstily from across the room in their office and make small talk about valentines plans. strike says valentines is a fake holiday and he doesnt celebrate it. and then at the end of the night they go out to eat. the waiter mistakes them as a couple. they do not correct him. tamber watches spontaneous. tara almost throws up. amber laughs at her. they order takeout, tara forces them to double feature tatbilb. amber criticizes it the entire time. tara apologizes for making her watch a straight romcom. they make out passionately (scream five)

kayce takes monica out to a very nice restaurant for brunch. they go for a ride in his truck. they have a date somewhere in the yonder. then they go to a bar. idk something like that. (yellowstone)

pulsefire ezreal shows up at ekko's place out of timeline in order to escape from praetorians then quickly realizes that he accidentally shows up during VALENTINE'S DAY and has to pretend to be here specifically to spend the day with ekko, assuming that they are on an on-stage in their relationship. meanwhile ekko is in a timeline where they are on an off-stage and has to pretend they are on an on-stage because ezreal assumed they were. shenanigans ensue. maybe i should write this fic too. i'm too good (league of legends/pulsefire universe)

technically they don't have valentine's day in runeterra and whilst i could make excuses for zaun and pulsefire i doubt i can do anything for targon.............. but lets just say atreus goes to the ottrani on some 'love worshipping day' and soraka is all 'do you not have a lover to spend the day with?' and he says no and then he follows her around as she cures the heartbreak of those who have lost their lovers because ofc she'd spend the day making the day easier for those it is hard for. and atreus pretends not to be terribly unrequitedly in love with an astral being who does not feel love because i can both like panthraka and also support aroace soraka too.
