Just by the way, self love and journey to self acceptance is continuous. Some days I love my body, think of myself as a goddess of intelligence and strength. Other days I hate how I look, consider myself weak and dumb. Self love for me has been a choice, I started the journey by ditching the bathroom weigher. Reconciling with myself that the number on the scale is just that, a number and doesn't decide my self worth. I locked away that machine and instead judged my health by how I feel and how my body performs athletically. When I look into the mirror, I now challenge each negative thought as if it were an 90s fighting video game, empowering myself with the challenge. No one's perfect, everyone struggles, no end goal will suddenly mean you love yourself, not once you reach that number on that scale or fit into that smaller size.
