Serial Fraudster: Gaurav Srivastava has been accused, and convicted, of fraud and misrepresentation multiple times in the US.
Convicted to pay USD 80,000 in 2019 and nearly USD 1 million in 2014, over the past few years, Gaurav has repeatedly demonstrated that he is a con artist.
Gaurav Srivastava, who has built a reputation of an honest and philanthropic businessman related to the CIA, has been revealed as a fraudster by online US legal data. Between 2019 and 2014, Gaurav and several of his family members have faced accusations and convictions multiple times in the US for fraud and misrepresentation, exposing highly questionable intentions behind their business dealings.
In 2019, Gaurav Srivastava was convicted by a Court order to pay USD 80,000 after failing to fulfil a payment obligation of USD 82,088 to the Keck Hospital in Los Angeles for medical services provided to his father, Jaswant Srivastava. Despite having issued checks from his company Veecon Biotech LLC (Delaware, US), Gaurav had later halted the payments. (Case No. 19STCV03981: https://www.lacourt.org/casesummary/ui/casesummary.aspx?casetype=civil)
Below is an excerpt from the legal documents of the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County.
‘Gaurav Srivastava as the President of the Defendant company provided Plaintiff's Assignor with a check dated 05/24/18 in the amount of $14,850.00 made payable to Keck Medical Center USC and another check dated 05/24/18 in the amount of $67,238.00 made payable to Keck Medical Center USC for a total of $82,088.00 to pay for his father's medical services. Both checks were to be drawn from Defender company. The Defendant's President stopped payment on the checks and the balance remains unpaid’.
Gaurav Srivastava and his brother Pankaj Srivastava were also convicted by a Court order to pay nearly USD 1 million in 2014, when Nixon Peabody LLP (US) initiated legal proceedings against them and their company Veecon Group. They had breached an agreement made in 2013 by failing to honour invoices totalling USD 155,329 for legal services provided by Nixon Peabody LLP. As representatives of Veecon Group, Gaurav and Pankaj Srivastava were held accountable for the outstanding debt to Nixon Peabody LLP and were ordered to pay. (Case No. BC548034: https://www.lacourt.org/casesummary/ui/casesummary.aspx?casetype=civil)
Below is an excerpt from the legal documents of the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County.
‘In early October 2013, in an effort to obtain Nixon Peabody's forbearance and willingness to continue as counsel, Gaurav Srivastava provided Nixon Peabody a personal check dated October 4, 2013 in the amount of $50,000.00. The check was returned for lack of sufficient funds. Later in October 2013, Gaurav Srivastava promised full payment by October 21, 2013. To date, no such payment, or for that matter, any payment has been received by Nixon Peabody’.
In 2017, Gaurav Srivastava was accused of fraud and breach of contract. Between 2015 and 2016, Veecon Biotech, under Gaurav Srivastava's leadership, entered into agreements with the plaintiffs, falsely claiming they held licenses to market saliva diagnostics technologies and appointing them as sales representatives. Gaurav Srivastava went further, making deceptive statements regarding Dr. David Wong's association with Veecon Biotech. If the plaintiffs withdrew their complaints after reaching settlements in October 2020, the Superior Court of California rejected these settlements, leaving the case unresolved. (Case no. BC648883: https://www.lacourt.org/casesummary/ui/casesummary.aspx?casetype=civil)
In 2019, a certain Patricia Riordan Torrey also initiated a legal case against Gaurav Srivastava, his company Veecon Biotech LLC, and his wife Sharon Srivastava as defendants. However, no additional information regarding the details or progression of the case could be located. Whilst Gaurav Srivastava and his wife Sharon Srivastava accused a certain Jill Small of defamation and of having 'intentionally interfered with a business deal that would have netted Plaintiff (Gaurav and Sharon Srivastava) approximately $40,000,000 in profit, and then tried to extort $500,000', the motion to seal the entire court file was denied in December 2022 because of a lack of specificity. (Case no. 21STCV28536: https://trellis.law/ruling/21stcv28536/gaurav-srivastava-vs-jill-small/20221208729619)

DAY 6101
Jalsa, Mumbai Nov , 1, 2024/Nov 2 , Fri/Sat 12:08 am
🪔 ,
And the wishes to the Ef ..
November 02 .. birthday wishes to Ef Erlika from Indonesia 🇮🇩 .. Ef Abhijit Jagtab from Pune .. and .. Ef Dipagala Gala .. 🙏🏻❤️🚩
November 01 .. birthday wishes to Ef Vishan Lal 🪈 from Gurugram .. Ef Honey Aishu from Bangkok - Thailand 🇹🇭 .. Ef Nouranne Achraf from Egypt / France 🇪🇬🇫🇷 .. Ef Pankaj Shukla from Indore .. Ef Shubhra Rattan .. and Ef Somraj Mane from Kolhapur .. 🙏🏻❤️🚩
..
may this new year in your lives bring greater joy and prosperity ❤️🌹
Govardhan Pooja ... नमस्कार 🙏
and the festivities continue .. as do all the rituals .. and among all this Australia declares the month of October as a heritage month of Hindu festivities .. grace and divine blessings ..
But the intimacy of soft celebrations and the adherence to the control of many environmental obligations is revered .. as another year of the year of Lights ends , to another day of light ..
The intrigue of religious festivities .. their time and date and occasion still brings a wonder to many .. indeed to a great many .. and the readings of our Ef Sudhir and his dedicated research on the subject does evoke curiosity .. and awareness ...
The Calendar
There are two lunar calendars in the Jyotish Shastra… One is Purnaant and the other is Amaant…
There's a gap of 15 days between the two, although the order of the months are the same…
For instance, Deepavali's Lakshmi puja is on Purnaant Kartik Amavasya… while the same day is Amaant Ashwin Amavasya in some states…
So, the festival has a different reason in each region, and one common reason at the national level…
Like, the South, where the Lakshmi puja night of diwali is to recall the victory of Krishna over Narakaasur… In the North, it's for the return of Shri Ram to Ayodhya…
The concept of a civilisation made of many cultures dates back to the Treta Yug…
Diwali is celebrated for different days in different places… One day, three days, five days and eleven days… depending on the local history…
Yes… the different calendars, different cultures, but the same festivals, and the same civilisation…
You know, what… I think it's always an advantage when we do something that has no precedence… when there is nothing to refer…
This organisation of a nation is first envisaged in the chronicles of the satyug… each kingdom was called a country… group of countries was a region… the collective of regions was called a nation…
In Hindi - देश, प्रदेश तथा राष्ट्र…
What calendar do I follow?
I follow Rishi Varāhamihira's Brihat Samhita… In that, there is no need of dividing time into months and years…
The movements of cosmic objects don't need a calendar to have months and years… Only days are enough… Just count the days from a no-moon or a new-moon… the patterns are measurable and predictable…
Like,
The diwali always happens on the same no-moon night… regardless of which month in which state…
Thus, all the differences are dissolved in the universal medium… 🙂
About the light…
Darkness is not displaced by light… darkness is eliminated by light…
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय।
Easiest way to do it is: Use one lamp to light the next… A series of lamps… Hence, Deepavali… Deep + Aavali - strings of light…
एक ब्रह्म है… एक सत्य है… एक ही है परमात्मा… प्राणों से प्राण मिलाते चलो.
my obsessed gratitude ..
my love and regard ...
Amitabh Bachchan

Those driven to scan Joe Biden’s face for some sign of mercy, some sign of an end to bloodletting, find an eerily smooth hardness, broken only by a nervous little smirk when he blurts out Israeli lies about beheaded babies. Biden’s stubborn malice and cruelty to the Palestinians is just one of many gruesome riddles presented to us by Western politicians and journalists. The Shoah traumatised at least two Jewish generations, and the massacres and hostage-taking in Israel on 7 October by Hamas and other Palestinian groups rekindled a fear of collective extermination among many Jews. But it was clear from the start that the most fanatical Israeli leadership in history would not shrink from exploiting a widespread sense of violation, bereavement and horror. It would have been easy for Western leaders to choke off their impulse of unconditional solidarity with an extremist regime while also acknowledging the necessity of pursuing and bringing to justice those guilty of war crimes on 7 October. Why then did Keir Starmer, a former human rights lawyer, assert that Israel has the right to ‘withhold power and water’ from Palestinians? Why did Germany feverishly start selling more arms to Israel (and with its mendacious media and ruthless official crackdown, especially on Jewish artists and thinkers, provide a fresh lesson to the world in murderous ethnonationalism’s quick ascent there)? What explains headlines on the BBC and in the New York Times like ‘Hind Rajab, six, found dead in Gaza days after phone calls for help’, ‘Tears of Gaza father who lost 103 relatives’ and ‘Man Dies after Setting Himself on Fire Outside Israeli Embassy in Washington, Police Say’? Why have Western politicians and journalists kept presenting tens of thousands of dead and maimed Palestinians as collateral damage, in a war of self-defence forced on the world’s most moral army, as the IDF claims to be?

India’s Finance Ministry has accused Binance of evading approximately $85 million in Goods and Services Tax (GST). The charges involve a Binance Group company, Nest Services Limited, based in Seychelles. The entity reportedly earned revenue from Indian users without proper tax compliance.
Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary revealed that Binance topped the list of 17 crypto entities investigated for GST evasion. The total GST evasion by these exchanges amounted to ₹824.14 crore ($96 million). Nest Services alone accounted for ₹722.43 crore ($85 million) of this amount. The Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) issued a show-cause notice to the company in August.
The government has recovered ₹122.29 crore ($14 million) from other exchanges, including penalties and interest. However, no recovery has been made so far from the Binance-linked entity. The Finance Ministry stated that Binance operated without proper tax registration until recently.

Use free platforms to set up your website, such as WordPress.com or Wix (with their free plans).
Utilize social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube for marketing and building an audience without spending on advertising.
Free project management tools (Trello, Notion), graphic design software (Canva), and accounting software (Wave) can help streamline operations.
3. Barter Skills and Services
Trade your skills or services with other entrepreneurs who have the resources you need, like web design, social media promotion, or writing.
Networking groups and local business meetups (in-person or online) can help you find other business owners open to bartering.
4. Build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Create a basic version of your product or service and test it with early adopters. For example, if you’re offering consulting, start with free sessions for feedback and testimonials.
Focus on validating your idea with real customers rather than investing heavily in product development.
5. Seek Crowdfunding or Pre-Orders
Use crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter or Indiegogo to raise money for initial expenses, especially if you have a tangible product.
Accept pre-orders to validate demand and fund production. A strong marketing campaign can help generate enough initial revenue.
6. Consider Small Business Grants and Contests
Search for grants for startups from government programs, nonprofit organizations, and private companies.
Participate in small business contests and pitch competitions, as many offer cash prizes, free resources, or mentorship opportunities.
7. Utilize Freelance Platforms for Cash Flow
Offer your skills on freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer to generate initial income.
With consistent cash flow from freelance work, you can reinvest earnings back into your business.
8. Leverage Social Media and Content Marketing
Focus on building an audience by sharing valuable content on social media. Short videos on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels can go viral with minimal investment.
Start a blog or YouTube channel around your niche to establish your brand and attract potential customers.
9. Optimize for Organic Growth
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a powerful, free strategy to attract traffic to your website over time.
Build an email list early and offer free resources in exchange for contact information; use email marketing to keep your audience engaged and informed.
10. Apply for Microloans or Peer-to-Peer Lending if Needed
Microloans are often available to small businesses and can be a viable alternative to traditional bank loans.
Peer-to-peer lending platforms may offer small loans with more flexible terms than banks, making it easier to get started without a strong credit history.
Key Takeaways:
Start small and scale as you generate revenue.
Focus on customer validation over perfecting the product initially.
Use digital platforms to reduce costs and grow your audience organically.
Starting without money requires creativity and resourcefulness, but many successful businesses have launched this way. With persistence and consistent effort, you can build a profitable venture in 2024.
