Old, discarded, yellowed, forgotten on the bookshelf – the fate of countless literary works from trivial to world literature. This literature deserves to step out of the eternal darkness of oblivion and into a new life. I give this new life to these works forgotten by the world with PaintLitArt. The works are painted over with images or digitally overprinted. This creative process creates a completely new work of art, which carries both souls. The old soul of literature merges with the new soul of the image. This union creates a third soul. This third soul is the soul of the new work of art.
