Truly wonderful 18th century English original painted pine housekeepers cupboard with an 8-day clock. 1790. N.B. This came from a farmhouse in Shropshire 25 years ago and I've just managed to buy it back. Throughout 30 years of selling antiques this is potentially my favourite piece I have owned.

Quintessential Swedish Blue. Swedish winters are long and dark. Anything that brings more light into the house is embraced like the interior of this early 18th century painted pine housekeeper’s cupboard which seems to capture the feeling of a Swedish sky at the summer solstice.
