Astral anglerfish was too cool of a concept to pass up on. I really like anglerfish I think they’re neat and spooky.
Don’t think I’ll get as detailed as you @moonstruckdraws like you did with your space animals but here goes.
This is creature is called Lophiiformes Pōwehi and unlike their earthly counterparts, these beings are enormous. Mainly the females while the males are tiny in comparison just like actual anglerfish. Their bodies are also aligned with constellations and stars.
The bob bait that they have is actually a dwarf star to lure in other prey with its bright luminous glow, and a black hole on the inside of their mouth so that any prey that gets too close gets pulled towards the fish and has no chance of escaping.
So it would be highly suggested to avoid coming into contact with these beasts lest you want to see the light of day :D

A select list of astronomical bodies with interesting names:
Earendel (also known as WHL0137-LS), furthest known star in the Observable Universe. Located 28 billion light years from Earth in the Cetus constellation. Named after "Eärendil", the half-elf who travelled through the sky with the Silmaril, a radiant jewel that appeared as bright as a star, from J.R.R. Tolkien's book 'The Silmarillion'.
Godzilla, a variable star in the Sunburst galaxy. Located 10.9 billion light years from Earth. Named after the anglicized name for 'Gojira', the famous kaiju from the eponymous Japanese film franchise. It's name is a blend of 'gorira' ("gorilla") and 'kujira' ("whale").
Pōwehi, the proposed name for M87*, the first black hole ever photographed. It is a supermassive black hole located 53 million light years from Earth in the core of the Messier 87 galaxy in the constellation of Virgo. Its name is originates from Hawaiian, meaning "fathomless dark creation" or "embellished dark source of unending creation".
Gallifrey, the unofficial proposed name for HD 106906 b, an exoplanet in the binary star system HD 106906. Located 300 light years from Earth in the southern constellation of Crux. Named after a fictional planet from the British science fiction series 'Doctor Who', where it is the homeworld of the Time Lords and the series' protagonist. In-universe, it's name translates to "They that walk in the shadows" and is located 250 million light years from Earth in the fictional constellation of Kasterborous.
Galileo (also knon as 55 Cancri b), an exoplanet in the 55 Cancri system. Located 40.9 light years from Earth in the constellation of Cancer. Named after 17th century Italian astronomer Galileo Galilei (1564-1642).
Quijote (also known as Mu Arae b), an exoplanet in the Mu Arae system. Located 49.8 light years from Earth in the constellation of Ara. Named after Don Quijote de la Mancha, a character from the Spanish epic novel 'Don Quixote' by Miguel de Cervantes.
Mastika (also know as HD 179949 b), an exoplanet in the HD 179949 system. It is a Hot Jupiter type planet located 88 light years from Earth in the constellation of Sagittarius. Named after the Malay word for "gem/jewel"
Danfeng (also known as L168-9), a red dwarf star in the constellation of Tucana. Located 82.1 light years from Earth. Named after the "red phoenix" of Chinese mythology.
Qingluan (also known as L168-9 b), an exoplanet in the Danfeng system. Located 82.1 light years from Earth in the constellation of Tucana. Named after the sacred blue bird from the Chinese book 'Classic of Mountains and Seas'.

The lesser black hole, fully recovered from its ordeal some time in the past, prostrated itself before him with grace and seemingly faded from existence itself, even to the senses of another singularity. The Dark Star’s Blade was far too clever to flaunt its skills before witnesses even without the restrictions placed on it being lifted, but this way it could apply them more easily as needed.
Now on to the rest of his checklist of things to see done.

Found some old characters.
Çhᵃrkᵃł
Dw it’s just pronounced as Charcoal
He sounds and looks like a nice guy, but he’s not. He steals the souls of anything that looks pretty to him, and stores it in his Lantern for later
Next is Pōwehi
Pōwehi is a wild skeleton Gaster type. He’s actually super sweet and he’s very curious and doesn’t do well with his magic. His magic is kind of wild, it also appears black with red outlining.
Next is a species of skeletons I made. They are called Viperbones. Venomous skeletons who’s tail is a weapon but can be cut off. Their fangs is what you need to worry about. Depending on the species of Viperbones determine their venom ability.
This particular one has steps.
1) Hallucinations
2) Paralysis
3) Convulsions with frothing
4) system failures following Death

The best part of this is the text in the paper stated (OP's image is Fig. 11):
Figures 9-11 are valid for a large number of black hole situations, i.e. black holes with any mass accreting matter at any rate sufficiently far below the Eddington limit. Thus our picture could represent many relatively weak sources, such as for instance the supermassive black hole whose existence in the nucleus of M 87 has been suggested recently by Young et al. (1978). - Luminet, J. P. (1979). "Image of a spherical black hole with thin accretion disk".
And then when we were able to image of Pōwehi, the supermassive black hole at the center of M87, 40 years later, this is what we got
pretty damn good
The first simulated image of a black hole was calculated with an IBM 7040 computer using 1960 punch cards and hand-plotted by French astrophysicist Jean-Pierre Luminet in 1978.

Remus: *Leans in uncomfortably close* Cathulu~

and it’s got a Hawaiian name! Pōwehi!
You are alive and have witnessed the first blackhole to ever be seen in human history.
#the fact that it’s the first black hole we’ve seen is super exciting#but when i found out its name i was even happier#pōwehi

So that "zoomed out" image of the black hole is actually a Chandra X-ray image of the WHOLE Galaxy (M87)
Which makes it even more amazing! Pōwehi is effecting the entire Galaxy and it took the Event Horizon Telescope's innovative techniques to get up close to it (EHTs image in on the scale of MICRO Arcseconds!!!!!!🤯🤯🤯)

Wiki on M87*
The telescope's astronomers proposed to name the black hole Pōwehi, meaning "embellished dark source of unending creation" in the Hawaiian language. The name, taken from the Kumulipo chant, reflects the role of the Mauna Kea Observatories in creating the image.
holy shit that name fukken rules. A+ to whoever came up with that

Note
Since the image of the black hole is of a very specific one (the supermassive one at the center of M87) I'm deciding that instead of black hole-chan, which is too vague bc that could be any ol' black hole, I'm gonna call her Pōwehi-chan bc that's the name the astronomers of the project want to give it. It's Hawaiian and roughly means "embellished dark source of unending creation" and that's metal af
oh that’s pretty good! you’re always so thoughtful about the way you do things, i think that’s awesome

This is not the zoomed out version! This is actually a separate telescope entirely.
The ‘blurry’ black hole image is synthesized from data acquired using the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT).
The above image is taken by the Chandra telescope (note the source on the lower right corner of the main image and lower left corner of the inset).
Chandra doesn’t have the capability to see the shadow of the black hole that EHT could, but it does give us a stunning view of the jet of high energy particles the black hole (whose name is Pōwehi!) shoots into space, which is called an astrophysical jet.
So no, this is not a zoomed out version, it’s an entirely separate image acquired u a different telescope, but it is imaging Pōwehi, albeit from a much larger field of view.

M87'S black hole was given a name to honor this new achievement, Pōwehi!!
"Pōwehi, meaning embellished dark source of unending creation, is a name sourced from the Kumulipo, the primordial chant describing the creation of the Hawaiian universe. Pō, profound dark source of unending creation, is a concept emphasized and repeated in the Kumulipo, while wehi, or wehiwehi, honored with embellishments, is one of many descriptions of pō in the chant."

10 April 2019: The Event Horizon Telescope program releases the first photograph ever of a black hole. “Pōwehi” is a supermassive black hole located at the center of the Messier 87 galaxy in the nearby Virgo cluster. Pōwehi references the Hawaiian creation chant, the Kumulipo, translating to “Embellished dark source of unending creation.”
