Celestial Poem

Celestial poem novel, "The Celestial Nightmare of Norwitch."

It was space wind

colder and colder

filling our lungs and

shivering our bones

as we fell,  felt

so much older

and as the wires let us go,

we knew there wasn't

ever any going back

Hywll took my hand

and down we fell

I couldn't breathe at first

though it was only anxiety

that was suffocating me

Hywll pressed his mouth

to mine and breathed the air

I denied myself

“We’re off to somewhere better.”

“To die?” I asked, beyond afraid.

He shook his mane of hair and smiled.

“To live.”

The stars enveloped us, an embrace

of light without The Sun

This light was love, and it carried us through

dancing pictures in my head of memories of

when my parents were alive and

 how we spent our rainy days.

In my mind’s eye we entered every room

of the old Victorian to say goodbye

“The Earth has not been good for you

but I will bring you somewhere quiet

with more trees than people

and wind that sounds like the ocean.”

The stars did not have bodies

they were composed of energy

nothing fell between the cracks

because they saw our souls, hearts,

and all that we meant

we knew that we were not too much

for them.

Any wrongdoings were but a speck of dust

though the grief haunting my heart

which ripped me apart, longed to be healed.

A star brimming with blue, white, and gold

with a spirit like my mother’s; strong, soft, and kind

took my hands and we went away to a cluster of stars

as tiny as dots.

She saw Hywll because she turned towards him

and shimmered.

Through a sky of spirits who I first

mistook for clouds

we were guided down,

down through

ethereal ghosts composed of love

and energy.

They welcomed us, thousands of voices in unison

sang to us  that we were loved and found our way home.

“Now where to put you.” pondered the star

as the wind from space fumbled with our hair

and froze our skin.

She thought a long while

so Hywll and I drifted through the sky

wandering far but always close.

We forgot about Earth, though the old house

Stayed within our souls

I searched for the faces of my parents amongst

So many, but they were not there

The shimmers in our hair

from fallen light

we took out of eyes

dismantled our bodies

tossing them away for

we could look as we wanted

without them

She found us

taking our hands to a journey far below

to a planet of sea and silence.

This is Owlwillow and Ravenflight. They're both mates.

The world was changing all around us

Yet, we did not understand

and chose to live within our dream

of far away and yesteryear

when Dad was still alive, and talking

only cost a dime for time

This is Owlwillow with her mate ravenflight and two of their 4 kits ashspots and gingerfluff. They’re both she cats and the kits are all warriors now. Owlwillow used to be a rogue with ravenflight and the kits father was a kittypet whose no longer around.

Some sketches of Ravenflight. She's a little orderly and serious, but she really loves her wife Owlwillow. She also loves to train apprentices, so here she is helping out with Gingerfluff's training when she was an apprentice. Also she's scared of Hawks, so she's very vigilent on patrols and stuff.

I figured it was time to make one of these and then update it over time to see how it develops. As of now, I still have to draw Brightpool's kits as well as Star Marigold's stray kit. I'm also thinking of adding more elders. Read more below.

Star Marigold - Fluffy pale yellow she cat with blue eyes (Family: Parents are Sunfur and Kestrelflight. Recently taken in a stray kit as her own now known as nightdust.)

Foxthorn - Red tom with big black paws and blue eyes (Has a soft spot for the medicine cat)

Mistleaf - silver tabby she cat with green eyes (Family: Cousin is Sparrowfeather.)

Honeywhisker - pale ginger she cat with green eyes.

Leafbreeze - white and brown tabby she cat with blue eyes.

Frogclaw - Silver tabby tom with green eyes. (Apprentice is Stormbreeze and Mate is Brightpool)

Nettletuft - Black tom with green eyes. (Family: Mate is Minnowspring and kits are Stormbreeze, Maplebreeze, Blossompatch, and Crowsight)

Sparrowsong - Brown tabby tom with golden eyes. (Apprentice is Maplebreeze and litter mates are Mothstep and Acornfluff)

Acronfluff - Dark brown tabby tom with hazel eyes. (Family: Mate is Rowanspots and litter mates are Mothstep and Sparrowsong.)

Owlwillow - white with orange and brown splotches she cat with blue eyes. (Family: Mate is Ravenflight and kits are Doepond, Rowanspots, Ebonystripes, and Gingerfluff. Apprentice is Crowsight.)

Ravenflight - White and brown tabby she cat with blue eyes. (Family: Mate is Owlwillow and kits are Doepond, Rowanspots, Ebonystripe, and Gingerfluff.)

Lilytail - Unusually spotted golden and brown tabby she cat with golden eyes. (Apprentice: Sparrowfeather)

Doepond - Dark ginger and white tom with green eyes. (Family: Parents are Ravenflight and Owlwillow. Litter mates are Rowanspots, Ebonystripe, and Gingerfluff.

Ebonystripe - black tabby tom with blue eyes. (Family: Parents are Ravenflight and Owlwillow. Littermates are Doepond, Rowanspots, and Gingerfluff.)

Gingerfluff - white and orange splotches she cat with green eyes. (Family: Parents are Ravenflight and Owlwillow. Litter mates are Doepond, Rowanspots, and Ebonystripe)

Minnowspring - Calico she cat with blue eyes. Expecting. (Family: Mate is Nettletuft and kits are Stormbreeze, Maplebreeze, Blossompatch, and Crowsight.)

Apprentices

Stormbreeze - Mostly black calico tom. (Mentor is Frogclaw. Parents are Nettletuft and Minnowspring. Litter mates are Crowsight, Maplebreeze, and Blossompatch.)

Sparrowfeather - Brown tabby she cat with blue eyes. (Mentor is Lilytail)

Maplebreeze - Black with orange splotches she cat with green eyes. (Mentor is Sparrowsong. Parents are Nettletuft and Minnowspring. Litter mates are Stormbreeze, Blossompatch, and Crowsight.)

Crowsight - Black and white tom with blue eyes. (Mentor is Owlwillow. Parents are Nettletuft and Minnowspring. Litter mates are Maplebreeze, Stormbreeze, and Blossompatch.)

Blossompatch - Mostly white calico she cat with green eyes. (Mentor is Foxthorn. Parents are Nettletuft and Minnowspring. Litter mates are Maplebreeze, Stormbreeze, and Crowsight.)

Rowanspots - White and dark ginger spotted tom with blue eyes. (Family - Mate is Acornfluff. Parents are Owlwillow and Ravenflight. Littermates are Doepond, Ebonystripe, Gingerfluff.

Brightpool - orange and white tabby with brown eyes. (Family: Mate is Frogclaw. Kits are Shadepuddle, Otterswoop, Pricklebush, and Dawnpuddle)

Mothstep - Golden tabby she cat with striking green eyes. (Family: Mate is unknown. Litter mates are Sparrowfeather and Acornfluff. Kits are Applepatch and Rosewind)

Kestrelsong - White and pale yellow she cat with blue eyes. (Family: Mate is Sunfur and kit is Star Marigold.)

Sunfur - Orange mottled tom with brown eyes. Has poor eyesight and hard of hearing. (Family: Mate is Kestrelsong and kit is Star Marigold.
