i was kinda cooking w this shit like. i never got around to nailing down solid designs for everyone but iirc i settled on kinda-failed kuva larvling reaper, kuva lich moira, cephalon sombra, sister of parvos widow, rogue drifter/tenno doomfist, corrupted amalgam eximus sigma (he has literally every disease. sorry. only way to get him as fucked up as he is in ovw canon is to put him thru the wringer. spiders georg of being put in situations) and sentient ramattra… what if i just kidnapped them and repurposed them into wf ocs. what then. who would even be able to stop me

goddddd do you guys remember the ovw warframe au that was just an elaborate ploy to get the talon heroes outta there and into a better game. i kinda miss that shit. hang on

making warframe au sigma a corrupted (or holdfast i guess technically? he’s not fully corrupted. came up with that idea before the new update so i have to adapt. holdfast feels right) AND a guardian eximus AND amalgamated all at once like he is literally just the spiders georg of warframe. everything that could have possibly happened to this man has happened at some point in time and it all sucked and made him exponentially worse each time

GRRRRR I HAD A WHOLE POST TYPED UP AND TUNGL DELETED IT ON ME. anyway im working out some stuff for the warframe au... ive only really come up with ideas for the talon characters rn but ive got 3/6 with like. the beginnings of solid designs? but im happy with em so far!

we gooooot kuva lich reaper... honestly like. at least int he preliminary stages of sketching it out, there is like. BARELY any change lool he slots into the whole grineer aesthetic extremely well it turns out. the biggest thing is ofc the kuva well on the chest and i am planning on adding some armor and such to really hammer it home

aaaand lich moira also! we got that... metal..eye thing? but it’s just a biiiig patch of clone-rot now, amd also the tubes are full of kuva because of course they are. very excited to get more in depth on this one, i think theres some reeaalllyyyy fun potential here, both from a design AND a character standpoint. giving tyl regor a run for his goddamn money in the grineer genetics department

and of course, predictable as i am, thus far sigma needs the most work, being an amalgam there is a LOT that’s gotta happen here. can’t help myself, i really love playing with the shapes of sentients...... most of the ingame amalgams have the sentient fused on their head which, while it DOES look Very Neat, is less than ideal for the subject, i’d guess. so im playing with the bulk of the sentient being on the back, with the core hovering over the chest and the rest just being collateral damage... i imagine the legs definitely can still be walked on, but it’s just. hard to balance. its like putting a deer on ice.

i have so so so many thoughts ont he subject of this au but im sooo tired im jsut gonna leave these here call it a night

sorry to keep babbling about an incredibly niche intersection of things i’m insane about but it’s very amusing to me to think that in the ovwwf au akande widow and sigma are the only three capable of seeing the man in the wall but sig is the only one who is actually unnerved by the creepy evil mirror of him who follows him around because widow completely ignores it and every time akande sees wally he starts throwing shit at him and telling him to fuck off ‘unless you want to start fucking paying rent’ because much like every other tenno he is beyond sick and tired of his freaky ass and wants him gone. and wally always listens.

everyone else just has their One Thing like we got a couple kuva liches a sister of parvos a rogue tenno and a cephalon and then there’s just This Guy with all the problems in the universe. they can’t take him anywhere near the zariman (too much void) OR jupiter (if he sees alad he will forgo all civility and attack him like a rabid dog for doing all of that bullshit to him and then getting bored when his shiny new amalgam prototype won’t shut the fuck up about angels in the walls and putting him in cryo instead of dealing with the consequences of his actions)
