also yes, characters might not be perfect for their roles but the lore looks nice this way i think!!

Cuentos de Hornos

Cada día de horneado es una experiencia distinta, pasan muchas cosas que el consumidor no tiene ni la más remota idea de lo que paso para elaborar un pan, una torta, unas galletas, un soufflé ...., Los pasteleros o los panaderos buenos han estudiado y practicado el comportamiento de las masas en el horno, es una ciencia, no crean que es solo batir o mezclar unos cuantos ingredientes; Se estudia para eso, se practica para eso y a veces se pierde cuando es fallida la receta.

Acá en deliskyo contaré la historia de una torta , de un pan , de todo lo que podamos hornear .

Warm spiced plum chutney

Recipe 👇

•1 kg plums

•150g/250 g sugar (my plums were very sweet, so I used 150 g)

•1/2 tsp salt

•1/2 tsp ginger powder

•1/2 tsp hot chilli powder (medium hot)

•1/2 tsp ground cloves

•1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

•2 tbsp vinegar (you can try apple cider vinegar or the red wine one)

Ingredients

1/4 C Flour (30 g)

3/4 C Water (150 g)

Instructions

Whisk the measured flour and water together in a heatproof dish . Make sure that there are no lumps. Transfer to stove top and heat at medium heat stirring continuously.

Once the mixture is heated to 149°F or 65°C (the spoon starts leaving trails reaching the bottom of the pan as you stir) turn the heat off.

Transfer to a dry bowl and cover tightly with a plastic wrap or a tight lid. Cool to room temperature.

Recipe Notes

Up to 10% by weight of the flour in the original recipe can be used to make tangzhong.

Do not over cook - the mix loses it elasticity and does not retain moisture when overcooked.

1 : 5 ratio of flour to liquid is used to make tangzhong.

if you ever make a cookie run x deltarune au. please tell us it would involve the fallen heroes aka 5 beasts as the secret bosses and white lily as kris? (since y'know, light of FREEDOM) and I guess that would make pure vanilla as college Asriel with a darkener doubleganger.

ah im sorry but im not into deltarune so i dont know anything about it ┐('～`;)┌
