For those wanting an update on the cat that was abandoned out front of my house, here's an update!

With help from the Go Fund Me, we were able to raise enough to get him fixed, his toe nails clipped and his shots, meaning that Butterscotch is no longer an outside cat, but an inside cat!

Unfortuantely, he tested positive for FIV, but after some research we decided to bring him inside anyway, he deserves the fullest, and happiest life we can give him, humans betrayed him once, and I refuse to let it happen again.

I want to thank everyone who donated, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you, you didn't have to donate, but you did, and because of you this little guy made it inside! You guys saved our pet, and I can't thank you enough!!!!

I make friends with cats everywhere I go I gave him some lunch meat and he went and carried it to the girl cat 🥰

Hot take: if you have an outdoor cat and something bad happens (=^ェ^=) that's just a possibility of it being a outdoor cat, you made the choice of it being an outside cat.

I've seen so any posts of outside cat owners saying

1. Their cat was hit by a car.

2. Their cat was killed when it went into a dog's yard.

3. They didn't let it in during winter and it died.

4. Animal control came collected it.

5. Animal control picked it up and gave it the old no babies snip.

6. Someone picked it up.

7. It just never came back.

8. It picked someone else in being it's owner.

9. A hawk got it.

10. It was killed by something.

11. They didn't chip or collar their cat and now they can't find it.

I just sit there and think

Well your dumbass left it outside and those were all very foreseeable possibilities, like sure you can be sad I guess but you knew those things could easily and most likely happen.

Chip your cats or keep them inside

and get your pets neutered

so many ppl go off when animal control picks up their cat and gives em the clip like better no babies then multiple litters that you sure as heck won't keep nor take care of..
