Because he is so small he never leaves the cup he sits in for protection. Don’t ask way he has whipped cream on his head it’s a secret. Despite being small he is still a legendary meaning he will always remain at this size. This version of Rayquaza is also more friendly.

//Hey you guys.  I’m coming on to let you all know I am quitting tumblr.  It’s for a multitude of reasons, really.  That doesn’t mean that I will stop writing altogether, just that I will stop writing on this platform.  I am more than willing to give out my skype to those who wish to write with me still.  Other than that, I’m willing to give out my facebook info or wordpress or even old school email.  There are several people I’d still like to be in contact with.  Hell, even if we haven’t officially written anything together but you’d like to try it out and see how it goes but haven’t gotten the chance, you can get at me for my info.  I’m not deleting my page for a while yet just so everyone has a chance to see this post so I’m not gone one day without explanation.  Send me a message and I’ll give you what I got.
