I’m having a manic spike and want to post some thoughts relevant to the RPC here because the other blogs just don’t feel right for it for reasons I’m sure you’ll determine.

I’ve noticed that the more misguided white knights on this website tend, for the most part, to target and speak out against mostly harmless individuals - people who display submissive tendencies who are unlikely to stand up for themselves in any big way. Those people may or may not have done something problematic, but they’re probably openly apologetic, fragile, or even self-loathing as a result. They’ve almost certainly already learned from their mistakes.

I do not think that this is a coincidence. They are bullies.

Only a coward kicks people with broken ribs. Why not do us all a favor and kick a bear trap for once?

Faux leather ribbon and bolo cord.

I used some of the scraps to make a shelf for my arrow to rest on because fletching burn on the webbing of the thumb hurts like a bitch.

Probably should have used real leather, but I wanted to figure out a pattern before getting the expensive stuff.

About civil war because I’m still salty about it:

Personally, I wanted a political drama, not “where’s my Bucky, don’t touch my Bucky Pt3”.

Cause we had a wartime drama and a spy drama/thriller. With a twist we knew was coming but still punched us in the solar plexus. Civil war should have been a political discussion on the issue of freedom vs oversight, but instead it was a super equivalent of a midnight dustup in a Denny’s parking lot.

Bunch of animals.

Civil war had the possibility of being phase 4. Just think about it. Steve and tony have broken up the band. Now you have two teams. The UN avengers and the rogues.

You could show the legal team fighting and struggling under an oppressive system designed to enslave them and others like them, because if you keep AoS, then you’ve got a marginalized group right there for the slaughter.

In the meantime, the rogues could meet and find out about another group who have been in hiding, introducing the mutants to the MCU and making the culmination of the end of the war more impactful rather than just a fizzle.

Especially if CEvans wanted out. Imagine the trauma everyone would feel seeing him gunned down after surrendering. Bleeding out from saving someone else and dying while the other avengers, and the world, looked on in horror.

The extra pain in Endgame of the avengers seeing their lost comrade when they have to retrieve the staff and bucky in Steve’s place as he tries to retrieve it to save the world like Steve would have wanted.

Insisting on going alone so that he would be able to get closure after losing his best friend and passing the shield on to falcon who is more right as captain than he is, though he did his best.
