I've been through a lot of breakdowns in the past month, both mechanical and mental. But the love from this community has been constant. We're a family and we're in this thing together. I spent this past weekend at the OutFound Festival in Hood River with the Flex & Flow crew.  And while I had an amazing time, I am feeling the Mondaze, like WHOA.

We taught daily outdoor yoga classes and an acro workshop with our favorite acro yogis (Ian Lemasters and Paul Hogan, of course)…

The crazy thing about vanlife is that it takes you in so many different directions. I met Emily, Corey + Penny Rose for the first time four days ago, but we knew each other long before that through social. I would have never imagined we would have been caravanning through Oregon to hot springs and driving under rainbows to the best burritos in town. Since then, we have said goodbye and hugged three times, but they ended up coming back to hang out minutes after. It's easy to make friends when you live out of a van. There's an instant connection when you get each other and this lifestyle right off the bat. Soon, you're inviting each other into your homes and talking about future plans.
