Clear blue skies, endless sunshine, pristine sand beaches and the chance to see wildlife in its natural habitat. Whitehaven Lookout 🐳 • • We were extremely fortunate to hike up to the newly opened Whitehaven Lookout when we visited the Whitsundays. All the stairs were worth it as it afforded us a view over Whitehaven Beach and Chance Bay. On this day trip, we saw the swirling sands from Hill Inlet, watched whales breach from the shore and fought off savage seagulls to eat a good ol’ BBQ lunch. • • We can only imagine the colours that light up the sky during sunrise and sunset - if you’re super keen to stay, camping only costs $6.65/night! But it will cost you $150 return on the ferry. Where else but @queensland ☀️ • • We spent 4 glorious days up in the Whitsundays with some of our closest friends to celebrate Jas’ 30th birthday. For many of us, it was our first time up to this beautiful part of tropical North Queensland and boy, it did not disappoint! • • Our days were sun drenched as we cruised along aquamarine waters and sunbathed on the famous Whitehaven Beach. We were lucky enough to spot some migrating whales and Jas started her special day by jumping out of a plane! ✈️ • • We can totally see why families and honeymooners holiday here.
