So today, in a very small ceremony followed by signing documents at the courthouse, I put on a wedding dress and I said “I do” to the love of my life in front of a very special group of people including my two sisters, four cousins, aunt, uncle and best friend. The smile in this picture can’t even begin to express how truly happy I feel, and how insanely in love I am with the woman I now get to call my wife. @aliyanalopez, you really are the better part of me. Te amo, mi reina. I���m so excited to spend forever with you.

I could go on and on and write some bullshit sappy post about what went down today, but instead I’ll try to keep it a little short. Speaking on my first event, to about 450+ college students, professors, doctors, and influences about mental health, about intercity issues, hunger, overcoming sterotypes and predicaments that some let shape you, will probably be one of my top 5 moments of the past 10 years. Getting to speak of trauma and the effects it has, to raise awareness instead of judgement I think if my new jam.
