I maintain a pretty accurate record of the number of Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga & Family Yoga classes I have attended over the past 11 years, since my first Bikram Yoga class. I also keep track of the number of classes I have taught … together with the studios around the globe at which I have practised and taught.'
