also begging my cis coworkers to understand that they/them’ing trans ppl who do not use they/them pronouns (e.g. binary trans dudes and such) is still in fact misgendering. even they/them’ing cis women who do not use they/them is also misgendering! wild that ppl remember to use they/them pronouns for everyone except the people who actually use them!
