#totes bro#in the state code it says we need to satisfy the federal mandates as according to 44 CFR blah blah#so that code wouldnt stop existing as a written document#so i assume it would now still reference that written document#even if it gets executive ordered away#which idk if thats planned but developers HATE these codes so#our mayor may try to say yes but environmental here are real sticklers and its in our code too#which he can and has bypassed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯#our code is stricter that state code in everyway which developers also argue#literally will say “why do you determine this? why dont you actually follow real code?”
