omg i completely forgot to consider how animals in my world use magic........
#i was so focused on humans 😩#ough but imagine like sneaky land predators#who can make themselves completely silent even while walking on smth like crinkly leaves#just no sound at all#or birds who seem to be able to teleport#but rly theyre just subtly manipulating time/space#to catch speedy prey better#animals w colorful defenses who make the bright colors on their frills seem to pulse & swirl#to confuse predators#a creature that can find a very specific plant it eats no matter where it is/how well hidden#even able to find it from the other side of the continent#bc its able to use finding magic a millions times better than most humans#waaaa so many possibilities......#smudgy.txt#aetherlan
