It's the Ruby episode and I'm not done with it yet but, oh, for the love of wolves, why am I crying over one-episode-Peter and Ruby?
“I'll stay with you all night. And all the nights to come.”
And I know what's gonna happen! And it hurts my dramatic ass so much! And Peter's the one who wanted the chains instead of the rope, just in case! Well, hot damn, did that go wrong!

My OUAT Rewatch -- S1E15 -- Red-Handed
Link to Rewatch Review and Ranking archive
Aka the episode in which Red Riding Hood is actually the Big Bad Wolf and eats her boyfriend . . . . . . .
August -- hey -- there aren’t any Lemurs in NEPAL you lying sack of shit. Gee, can’t imagine who HE is . . . . . . .
Also . . . . really stupid question . . . how are “all” of the residents of Storybrooke fingerprinted? Isn’t that a bit weird?
This episode is decent. Not great, but not boring and I do love the Snow/Red friendship. They both look stunning in the Storybrooke scenes.
I really wish they had given us more of Granny’s back story.
I also wish they had continued with Red/Ruby’s story. There was much more to be told. Can’t imagine why they dropped it.
Oh yeah . . . . that . . . .
Anyhoo . . . .
Points tally:
40 points to start
2 points for tiny Swan Queen scene
5 points deducted for lack of Rumple.
Total points: 37

Agents of Shield -- S1E15 -- Yes Men
Oh you men, you’re so gullible and easily manipulated, especially by some Asgardian woman in a tight dress . . . . . yeah I have opinions here . . . .
Okay, so my theory on Skye being an alien isn’t what I thought it’d be -- though she’s got alien BLOOD (or -- something) in her . . . . . but so does Coulson . . . . so anyhow . . . . I don’t know what they’re doing anymore, but it’s one hell of a ride . . . but this episode bugged me . . . . for reasons . . . .
So Lorelei just enjoyed controlling men for shits and giggles, then? Okay I’m gonna get preachy and bitchy about this one for a sec cause stuff like this bugs me.
See, I’m a OUAT fan, and I’ve seen my share of “evil women use sex to control men” garbage over there, and it plays no better here than it did there. And frankly, I’m tired of the trope. I’m tired of the MEN WHO WRITE THIS TROPE. (Okay I looked it up it was a WOMAN who wrote this one. Double ugh.) (And explain to me how, exactly, what she did to Ward is NOT rape. I’m waiting.)
Okay, so that was my complaint. Moving on . . . .
(BTW, Ward, don’t be dissing my Loki. You’re not that different from him, minus the superpower stuff. Why do you think I like you?)
I did enjoy seeing Sif -- will never find the “Son of Coul” line NOT FUNNY -- I laughed out loud at it when I watched Thor and it’s still hilarious!
May to Ward: “You were more honest with her then you are with yourself.”
So Ward isn’t into May he’s into SKYE . . . . that was my takeaway from this.
Sif was under orders from Odin? Wait . . . . wasn’t LOKI impersonating Odin at the end of the last movie???? So which Odin????
And May is what, working for Nick Fury now?
Honestly every time I think I have something (or someone) figured out I’m wrong.
I know, one more episode and I gotta switch over to Captain America for a bit. I want to get that done this weekend. :)
