So! I decided three weeks ago to strip back everything in my life and get back to the basics. By everything, I mean EVERYTHING! I smashed out an 11 day food fast only drinking juice, followed by 10 days eating just fruit and vegos. I got off all social media and stopped doing all personal work. I took more time to get out and go walking and spent every spare moment being incredibly reflective. My life is completely changed, my mind is clear, I have waaaay more energy, I sleep better, my motivation is next level and I’m just way happier a person. I don’t feel the urge to strive and be a workoholic (a character trait I really respect and aspire to have). So when I had the chance two weeks ago to post this epic vid, I had to practice self control and keep it until today. I’ve finally come to the revelation that simplicity is key and less is more.
