Not really a taste but more like a feel...

Crunchy vibes, has a particularly indescribable flavor but not noticeable enough where it distracts you from the enjoyment of eating. Overall, sweet and interesting.

Skywings have a common scale mutation which makes their scales thicker and 'plated.' Making them appear to be 'feathered'.

But because their scales overlap in such a manner it can cover up their heat vents, causing them to overheat. Though it isn't enough to be fatal it can make them smoke after extended flame usage, which is both annoying and a bit of safety hazard (as smoke is coming out of their heat vents excessively, which can cause breathing and sight difficulties).
