The akatsuki having two people heavily tied to religion is kinda iconic. You obviously have hidan with his jashin stuff and sacrificed but I never really see people mention how konan can just straight up turn her origami into angel wings and it's her most famous/ well known move within the fandom space. The thought of konan and hidan making sly (passive aggressive on konans side) comments towards each other about their practices and religions..we could of had it all
