Omg I am in my mf egg era rn!! I used to HATE eggs. The texture, smell, taste EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM! But I really struggled with my protein intake cause I'm not a big fan of the texture of meat (just chicken but I have a fear I don't cook it properly) so I was pushing myself to eat eggs more.
I CAN SAY I'M NOW AN EGG ENJOYER!!! Been eating sunnyside eggs with chili oil almost everyday DELICIOUS😩
Made this soy marinated eggs the other day. Need to work on the recipe a bit and I'm not the biggest fan of the texture of hard boiled eggs but they were pretty good!
