Big Stout Wednesday! Shout outs to my Yeezy’s. So we had the floors in the living room redone after the flood in December, the whole place smells like varnish and we’re forced to work and eat from the bedroom. I found this stout lingering at the back of the fridge and it’s time. Coming in at 10%, this is a spiced imperial stout with amburana (spicy Brazillian wood), it pours black as night with an espresso head and a spicy nose, there’s liquorice and leather up front alongside bitter dark chocolate and cinnamon, it’s hella creamy and not overly boozy, a touch of vanilla, some coffee vibes, wrapping in a dusty dry, sticky finish. Passer un beau week-end : Brasserie Sir John Brewing co. - Smooth Operator [Tangerine, Ananas, Mangue, Banane, Noix De Coco & Vanille] En bouche, la mangue et l'ananas ouvre ce bal qui fait penser à la compagnie créole, avant de laisser place à la banane puis la noix de coco et la vanille qui amène ce léger côté sucré.

- Bouge de la 1994 Un décor tropical oũ on croyait presque sentir les notes fruitées des tangerines et des agrumes dans notre vieux salon en bois de pin. Le souvenir laisse encore Une belle amertume sur la langue.

- Hello My Name Is Sylvain Belle grosse Double IPA juicy houblonnée avec du Nelson Sauvin, du Cashmere et du Mosaic. C'est soyeux en bouche, avec une bonne touche qui rappelle melon miel.

Brasserie Harricana - 65 - Texas Bock Lager ambrée désaltérante possédant un bel équilibre.

Brasserie Dunham - Ping Pong Wizard Dérivée de la saison, qui était une bière de tradition fermière, les grisettes furent créées par les brasseries belges pour répondre à la soif des travailleurs de l’industrie minière.

Cidres Fleuri - Piccolino Jus de pommes biologiques, marc de raisins et jus de pommettes.
