1. Uhmmm idk 2021 sometime,,, I don’t remember exactly. I got into it because of a post saying happy birthday ichiro and it was on my to watch list for a while before I caved in and watched the anime

3. I’m into MILGRAM which cough music project,,, but hypmic was the first one that put me through multimedia hell so thanks to hypmic for that

4. Doppo definitely. I loved him so much in the beginning. Now to a lesser degree, but I’m still obsessed with him. I did not really care about BB, but I liked Saburo. Now I really like Jiro!! And saburo!! I have personal beef with Ichiro. Same with MTC tbh. Samatoki was pretty so yeah. I liked FP and MTR originally, that hasn’t changed

5. Doppo or Gentarou thanks to the anime probably

6. Kuko and Ramuda. I did not really like Kuko, but then I became a changed man after watching multiple lives (I love his VA) uhmhmhmh I did not really like Ramuda in the beginning but now I think he is super silly and I cherish him dearly. On another note, I did not like DotsuHom in the beginning cause I don’t like change and DotsuHom was a division I didn’t know after I finished the anime. Well. Guess who loves DotsuHom now

A self-proclaimed conman. He is the person responsible for developing Hypnosis Microphone and bringing it to Chuohku. Formerly affiliated with the military technical development department. Involved with Chuohku and other divisions, while operating behind the scenes, although this speculation is engulfed in mystery.

As charming as he is, he'll stop at nothing to carry out his plans. Although he always keeps an arrogant-like behavior and does not show his real intentions, at the same time, he is a man of his word with a strong sense of duty.

Appearance

Rei has wavy black hair and complete heterochromia; his left eye is green, whilst his right eye is grey, which is usually hidden behind his sunglasses. He has a beard and a scar on his right eye.

Rei wears a maroon shirt, black fur coat, white snakeskin pants and beige shoes. He also wears black brick patterned hat with a fan-shaped clip and multiple accessories: a black belt with a gold snake buckle, a gold watch and a large gold chain.

Rei’s Hypnosis Mic is a gold-and-black piezoelectric microphone that looks like a scepter. It is decorated with gold laurel accents and red details. His speakers take the form of a Japanese folding screen with a phoenix design.

Personality

Arrogant and pompous on the first glance, Rei uses his charm and other methods to manipulate people and get what he wants from them. Although he might be seen as a person who never takes anything seriously, Rei can easily change his attitude and become very serious, but it's hard to tell what he actually thinks about. Despite his twisted nature, Rei is a man of his word and has a strong sense of duty, however, he always keeps his real intentions in secret.

Although he is usually laid back and presumptuous in most situations, he can be serious and straightforward when it comes to serious affairs, giving important information to others or when scheming.

*a play on words. a "sasara" is a bamboo whisk (as well as musical instrument). sasara's fondly joking that osaka's pandora's box is cheap, as well as saying you don't want to mess with him

** the first line here is a reference to some famous, *literally* slapstick manzai comedy. I really can't explain this to you. just feel it in your heart. the second line is a bunch of common tsukkomi lines, you hear them from rosho quite often

***The original word here is "Kamigata", essentially just a dated term for kansai, similar to how "naniwa" is an old name for what became osaka. most crucially, this also includes the Kyoto area.

****King of Minami" is a manga series that's been running since 1992, set around a debt collector in the minami area of osaka. This area includes Dotonbori, where the famous glico board is.

11. Do you listen to the songs from the stage play? No, not really. but I want to! The only stage song I listen to so far is the dh one, osakas 24k gold magic djkhdsjkdfhjg I saw battle of pride recently and I need the Hifumi song god... 28. What´s a song everybody seems to love but you don´t? I´m not sure...probably requiem. I don´t particularly dislike it because that rollercoaster of a song deserves credit where credit is due but I do not. love it like many seem to. Oh also once upon a time in shibuya, that i don´t like at all.

ざっくり想い出を書き留める感想：R5 編1

前回2016年1月、それに8月のサマソニから2年ぶりのライブ、東京大阪でそれぞれチケットが Sold Out となり東京では1公演が追加された @officialr5 コンサート。

ざっくりと思い出を23,24,25日の3日分混ぜこぜで覚え書き。 上のビデオ (video via YouTube- I FINALLY SAW R5 LIVE ) は初日23日にコンサートに来た方がその模様をダイジェストしたVlog。ダイジェストですが雰囲気の伝わる良いビデオです。 はい、もちろんビデオ撮影は禁止でしたが…世界中を回ってる R5、当然国をまたいで観に来る人が普通にいるわけで日本のルールは知ったこっちゃない、てか、皆さんあたりまえにビデオ撮ってます。アーティスト自体が写真やビデオを即SNS発信するのがあたりまえの昨今、いいかげん新しい方策が要るんじゃないでしょうか。

開演前SEの24K Magic が消えてステージが暗転すると、初日オープニングはこのツアー定型の If。メンバーが次々にステージに上がってきます。2，3日目のオープニングはプリンスのカバーで Let's Go Crazy。赤紫のステージライトの中で、この曲のセリフ部分を語るロスの声が流れる中ライデルが1人でイントロを弾くのが印象的。

後は続けて Need You Tonight, Easy Love。

そこで一息ついてロス、キュートに「コニチワー！！」と日本語で呼びかけ。いや、本人可愛いつもりは100％無いでしょうけど。今回またいっそう、日本語のボキャブラリーを増やしたようですね。アリガトウが「ドウモアリガトウゴザイマス」にグレードアップしてて。そこまで丁寧でなくていいって誰か教えてあげて。

ここからは All Night、Forget About You、F.E.E.L.G.O.O.D.と人気曲が連続する今ツアー定番の流れでもう会場は大合唱。

2日目はこのあたりでライカーが「やって欲しい曲を言ってもらったよね」と Wild Hearts や Want U Badが入って来て大歓声。

Dark Side の時には、「手伝ってほしい」とロスがカウントをするように観客に呼びかけます。「one, two…　イチ、ニィ、サン、シだよね？俺がまずイチ、ニ…？」 と日本語の数字の読み方で。初日は後ろから兄たちに「だからお前がイチ、ニで、みんながイチニサンシだよ」とか助けられてましたが、3日目大阪になると完璧。もちろんそれに応える観客の皆さんも完璧。

そしてロッキーのソロ Lay Your Head Down。

2日目はその後にライカーがキーボードの前に座って 懐かしい、でも根強く人気のあるラブソング Always を弾き語り。

It´s hard for me to tell who I liked first? I liked everyone lol. When I saw the first anime episode I expected to like Doppo and Gentaro a lot since they seemed like my usual type, but Hifumi came along and honestly I kinda fell for him the moment I saw his earrings lmao

9.Which songs do you think are slept on?

All my friends in the fandom so far dislike The Champion but I like it a lot??? It´s mtrs winner song come onnn

I have no idea I don´t think about it since idk anything about rap, I could only say what I personally like lol, sorry

18.What characters would you get along with?

uhhh the age gaps in some cases make this hard to think about tbh uhm (and the fact I am socially incapable) but I like to think I could get along with Jyushi and Rosho, they are characters I feel most similar to hah, of course I hope Hifumi too (and any mtr member if we´re being honest). Also jiro and dice possibly :) I just feel like all the extroverted excited characters would adopt me

Ramuda and me could bond over being small as hell😌

24.Drop a headcanon for your favorite character.

Hifumi would rock make-up and heels thx.

Another thing I have thought about is that Hifumi has a fantastic gaydar lol, and he can see the nature of a relationship and the problems people are having immediately (which isn´t all that canon compliant considering he tends to be a little oblivious but shhhh)

33.What moment in the HypMic series made you feel the most emotional?

oh god this is hard. the recent chapter? hifumi and doppos relationship as a whole? anything matenro? yeah.

and probably the 2nd drb mtr drama track, that had me crying thrice in 5 minutes
