A/n: I know I have been Gone for a Whille, so here this cute little fan fic of my fav boy.

With the brain being deafeted, WaterDeep was calling both of their names, Baulder Gates didn't need you anymore for the time.

Of course, the heroes will be back eventually. Gale details and Illusions didn't show the true beauty of your lovers. Home, you only lived in Baulder Gates and were thrilled when he put the power of the Crown of Karsus aside and decided to have a life with you instead,

the last time you spoke to the others was a few months ago still greiving over Karlach Death, and not seeing the pepole you gone so close with but it was nice, starting you're own life together.

Tara and you needed to run some errands together.

Gale was with Willow, the young girl they found in the rumbles of broken buildings in Baulder Gates she was barely six years old, when you looked at her she was cover in grime dirt and gashes cover in dry blood.

Her platinum blond hair was knotted covering her elf ears. You could tell she was only a half elf.

Gale moved quickly, summoning Mage Hands, and his hands moved the rocks away from the innocent girl. What shocked both the teifling and the wizard was that she ran straight and hugged Gale.

"Love is this normal," he mumbled, surprised he awkwardly wrapped his arms around the child

Gale groaned "I know what you gonna say" he says throwing his hands up and when he saw you're puppy pout he chuckled he couldn't say no to that beautiful face, "of course I wouldn't want to leave her stranded " but a small smile quirk up on his lips knowing this was the right choice and that how you ended up with the young half elf in you're life.

"Okay, so why do we need these things?" Has you looked down at Tara, her wings tucked, in her furr, she spoke, " Gale needs some something about Willow being a wizard last time she try a spell, I was balled for almost a week!" She says, shivering her tone filled with annoyance but humor. Covering you're mouth you chuckled.

" At least I made you a warm sweater," you said. You could tell the Tressym wanted to say something to you just from bringing up the horrid memories, but she scoffs, "It was warm. I give you that." She says

WaterDeep was beautiful, waking to shops and shops, getting ingredients for the potion you didn't mind helping Tara because not everyone can understand feline.

"Momma, watch out!" Moving quickly, Tara gasped and flew away behind you, moving quickly. The fireball hit the brown door, and the chard was now noticeable.

"Oh, by the God's," you groan, pinching your noise looking up seeing Gale cheek red has he was sitting in front of a large book his brown hair. The strands falling into his face

A dorky smile was on your partners face. You took care of Willow for almost eight months now, and it still warmed your heart when she called you mom.

"I got what you need, my loves," bending down and kissing Willow's head , she giggles, skipping over to Tara to help her.

Wrapping your arms around Gale's neck, leaning into his back, he automatically relaxes you.

"What are you reading," muttering into his neck as Gale turned the pages his body was relaxed and calm snickering "well Willow was reading the begging book of Wizarding " laughing out loud " how am I not surprised you're teaching her magic, " she kissed his cheek " but I'n the house?" You asked

Gale pouted, and you raised a brow, and he threw his arms up from laying on the book. "I can't say no to you. Fine the balcony it is, " he says." You step away, and he turns his head, planting a kiss on your lips.

"Dad, dad!" Willow says, and before you guys could turn around and watch her, Gale fell off his chair as the slice of ice hit the tabel you yelp ducking and slipping on the ice, "beginner I very much doubt that" you say trying to contain you're laughter Gale stood up dusting his robes off "Hey at least she can defend her self" he says smiling .

MULTICHARACTER META : ON GENDER &. RELATION TO THE BODY

godric , halsin , kythus , nocturne , orion , raphael , shadowheart , visan , &. wyll are not cis. below are details on their difference journeys to understanding their genders &. what that may look like for them physically as well.

GODRIC : he knew from a very young age that he was trans. his family was very supportive &. aided in him in magically transitioning once they could afford it. his parents also offered to have his birth name removed from their memories so they couldn't deadname him , but he declined as he still felt a sense of connection to it as a part of his past. will punch anyone that uses it though.

HALSIN : has no real feelings on gender nor does he feel connected to being amab. typically defaults to masculine pronouns , but you can call him anything &. he's fine with it.

KYTHUS : knew early on they weren't fully a man. they felt nervous explaining to their family , as being the sole tiefling in the house already set them apart from the others , but they were happily accepted. he experiences little body dysmorphia &. while he prefers gender neutral terms , is more than okay with masculine ones as well.

NOCTURNE : it took some time for her to realize she was trans but was wholeheartedly &. confidently for it. while she did transition , &. it was something she majorly wanted to feel more comfortable in her body , there was some pushback as indicated by the diary entry you can find in act 3. i don't think it was widespread , just a select few who then got their asses handed to them for it.

ORION : doesn't give a shit about their gender or their presentation &. never really has. the orphanage didn't have opinions one way or another. being of elven descent helps with the androgynous vibes but they decided to do the equivalent of top &. bottom surgery when they were on their own as an adult , the first for appearance comfort &. the latter for convenience. they accept any pronouns , defaults to gender neutral language , &. love when people stumble over what to address them by. gender is a game &. they're winning.

RAPHAEL : he can choose his form &. typically prefers a masculine appearance , but occasionally presents other ways when he feels like it. considers himself genderfluid &. male.

SHADOWHEART : loosest of connections to feminine presentation &. her assigned gender. doesn't have a preference for pronouns but will occasionally refer to themself in a gender neutral fashion &. everyone else must accept that or not survive the winter. sometimes binds her chest if she's feeling it.

VISAN : born afab but has no desire to change anything about his body. still likes to dress in a feminine style as well ! it was a decision that came shortly before he left his people so anyone he used to know may not be aware of this change , as it was also quite gradual.

WYLL : knew when he was a teenager he wasn't cis but took some time to accept this about himself &. what it meant. boldly came out to his father in fear of rejection , but was meant with acceptance even if the duke may not have fully understood. didn't transition until after he was disowned but did present as a man before this. very happy in his body now.

❀ Helena and Gale get married about two months after post-game, due to Gale’s mother rushing to plan the ceremony. (She didn’t like that they live in wedlock.) Their wedding was large with over 200 guests in attendance (all from the Dekarios clan)

❀ Upon meeting Helena, Tara was first suspicious of her. After about a week, the two had warmed up to each other.

❀ Helena goes by “Leena” after the events of Bg3, although all of her legal documents say Helena. She prefers to be called Leena among friends and loved ones.

❀ She kept in contact with most of the companions after the events of Bg3. Mainly ShadowHeart, Astarion, and Halsin. She also kept in contact with my friend’s tavs (Mimo and Lalith).

❀ Gale and her have their first baby after being married for five years. They named him Fenrick (spelled untraditionally but a traditionally Elven name) “Fen” Eos (Eos meaning dawn). They decided to have his middle name dawn because they had him after three miscarriages. Gale and Helena have a second child two years after having their first, naming her Malwyn Cassiopeia (named after a constellation). Six years after their second child they have an oopsie baby- naming him Corry Orion.

❀Helena frequently has nightmares and still struggles with memories of who she was in the Bhaal cult. She was also convinced when they were struggling to have children that this was her divine punishment for her years of murder. She felt as if even though she was not of her father anymore, that her body was still forcing her to be a child of murder.

❀ Helena struggles with PTSD from the events of Bg3 and from being indoctrinated by the Bhaal Murder cult for years. She frequently wakes up from night terrors and gets dissociative at the sight of blood, at times.

❀Helena struggled with postpartum depression after Fen was born to the point Gale had to spend some time away from the academy to help her with their new baby. She felt afraid that she’d harm him, despite not having dark urges and being free from Bhaal’s gasp.

❀ When she moved to WaterDeep she had zero local friends. The first local friend she made was a necromancer history professor by the name of Professor Aroas. He happens to be a constant thorn in Gale’s side at the academy. Professor Aroas likes to gossip with Helena sometimes while Gale is working late hours at the academy or spending time at in his tower office. Gale was jealous at first, but learned that Professor Aroas prefers the company of men and is not interest in his wife

❀ Since Helena is half-drow, some people in WaterDeep have acted prejudiced towards her. Her children, especially her boys who inherited her gray complexion, are not immune to this either. Their eldest was bullied by a few children he went to school with at a young age, evoking her fury - as well as Gale’s who showed up to the children’s school once because of it.

❀ Helena is also outed as a Bhaalspawn about two months into her and Gale’s marriage. Some people were intrigued, while others were cautious. Some of Gale’s colleagues even expressed concern about her visiting on academy grounds directly to Blackstaff Safahr- despite not being under Bhaal’s influence any longer.

❀ Helena plants a beautiful garden of herbs/spices and flowers she uses to curate teas and potions. Her favorite flower is lilacs/lavender bushes. She is also a fan of white roses.

❀ One of Helena’s favorite events in WaterDeep is the Fair Seas Festival because she gets to enjoy some of Gale’s seafood cooking (he does special dishes for this specific festival) this happens in Ches 29 - Ches 30 (March 29 - 30)

❀ Helena’s favorite holiday is Lliira’s Night - hosted on the 7th of Flamerule (equivalent to July 7th) because she gets to go to the Cynosure Ball and partake in festivities related to partying and having fun. Masquerade of Liars is a close second Marpenoth 30th (October 30th) - pranks and pumpkin carving ;)

❀ Helena often makes tea brews for people she loves and as gifts for her friends.

❀ Her and Gale share tea in the mornings before he goes to the academy, and talk about sappy romance novels (Helena begrudgingly got him into them).

❀ Helena and Gale live a relatively peaceful life up until they’re old. Helena is the first one to pass between the two, due to unnatural causes.

Favorite Weapon: Sorrow - It is a weapon she can use with long reach and also sorrowful lash is a go to bonus action because Shadowheart heals.

Style of Combat: Anya tends to stay back and use ranged spells like scorching ray and also a good amount of buffing.

Most Prized Possession: Her 'Cloak of Many Pockets' - it is like a safety blanket she always has on when adventuring and it carries all of her poems !

Deepest Desire: Friends who aren't going to leave her.

Guilty Pleasure: Anya has found, after the encounter with Abdirak in the Goblin Camp, she is a masochistic. So pain, apparently.

Best-Kept Secret: Anya doesn't actually have any friends. She has co-workers, she had friends, but she has no friends at the start of the game. She is trying to fix that though!... doesn't stay fixed for long it feels though.

Greatest Strength: Very friendly to basically everyone and is always willing to help those in need!

Fatal Flaw: You can do anything to this girl and she will just accept it and forgive you. She will get extremely angry if you are mean to someone else but transfer that behavior to her and she becomes a doormat.

Favorite Smell: The Sea Breeze, not only is it the scent of Baldur's Gate and Home, it is also what her uncle uses to scent himself.

Favorite Spell or Cantrip: Scorching Ray - Pewpewpewpewpewpew Speak with Animals - Anya has found speaking with animals is a great way to get information and always makes sure to greet the day by casting it Enhance Ability - Who wants like +20 to persuasion with advantage? Anya does. Enhance ability makes it happen. (Guidance can be included in this)

Pet Peeve: Anya will fist fight you if you are rude to wait staff at a restaurant. (also lip smacking well eating gets on her nerves a bit)

Bad Habit: Biggest bad habit? Putting others before herself. Minor bad habits? Biting her nails most certainly is one of them.

Hidden Talent: Anya has a deep knowledge of the arcane, she could even rival some wizards with the knowledge she has horded up there.

Leisure Activity: Poetry, it is also how she gets her spells but she just really enjoys doing it.

Favorite Drink: Hot drinks: Coffee. Cold drinks: Apple Juice

Comfort Food: Strawberry Shortcake - there is a bakery in the upper city and the owner, a nice old halfling lady, is rather fond of Anya so every time Anya gets back from a job, she will get a free slice!

Favorite Person: Gale! From the moment he popped out of the portal Anya got excited because she had heard of the Wizard of Waterdeep and oh gods, he is right here! She has so many questions for him and wants to get to know more about him. And when she does well... he certainly isn't what she expected in the best ways. Shadowheart is someone who accidentally gets saddled with Anya because she was nice to her, keeps her from not dying and now has a golden retriever as a human following her around. Anya wants to get to know her but does stay her hand because she doesn't want to be too annoying or pushy.

Favored Display of Affection (platonic and/or romantic): Platonically be warned, Anya is a hugger. She will open her arms and offer a hug quite often when things are getting distressing and will 100% cuddle with Karlach after she gets her heart fixed. Romantically - hugging, kissing, cuddling, most physical affection like that. However she also writes poem and will just slide them over.

Fondest Childhood Memory: Playing and sharing food with her old friend in Bloomburg Park. Anya would like to see him again.

I started it in January but with life n stuff I've only just completed my first run of bg3.

I'm happy with my ending. Everyone made it sound like it was impossible to get a 100% good ending and maybe sure there's a few things I wish were possible but hey you can't have everything.

Everyone got turned to normal. not thrall. not dead. Normal. (Unfortunately that did mean astarion had to skedaddle from the sun).

Shadowheart was not longer if shar and I was able to romance her.

Wyll free from Mizora and dad alive.

Halsing (who got capture but Orion for me) lived.

Oh and Jaheria and Minsc happily in my camp too.

I'm happy with all of that.

I kinda killed Karlac when I first met her not actually realising she could have been a good companion tho. I never even encountered Gale and and never encounter Lae'zel post the crash (altho I know about her and tbh I think I want to avoid her when I play again she sounds too problematic).

Walker - “well this complicates things but I would still die for you” Walker started as a lawful good Paladin who worshipped Torm but basically immediately recognized that Shadowheart was being brainwashed so he was pretty confident that she would come out of it and did not doubt that she would make the right choice when it came down to it with Aylin. He goes on a little bit of a journey of his own with her, breaking his oath and being depressi throughout Act 2, then taking up an oath of devotion to Shadowheart (and Selune) in Act 3 with more chaotic good leanings.

Atlas - “fuuuuuuuccccckkkkk” he’s coming at this from the perspective of someone who has no memories but is pretty sure he’s a cleric of Selune (he’s not rly he’s durge his powers come from Bhaal) so he’s like 1. I’m supposed to detest you, 2. Why would you willingly give up your memories, 3. I’m so fucking horny for you tho, and 4. Somehow you’re the only person here who I trust NOT to kill me in my sleep which says A LOT. Atlas is just fucking overwhelmed but pretty quickly changes his tune to “this might as well happen” which quickly becomes “I’m so in love with you it doesn’t matter I would lie, steal, cheat, die and kill for you without hesitation, next question.”

Orion - “I know” Orion and Shaddy were traveling on their own for a bit before picking up any of the others and they ended up in the owlbear cave very quickly so Shadowheart’s allegiances became clear right away but he is a very knowledgeable cleric of Selune and straight up just knew. She was wearing the goddamn symbol on her forehead, like… 🤨 but Orion was also very quick to be like “I’m p sure you’re actually a Selunite who was kidnapped but we’ll take our time with that one.” And I JUST finished act 2 with him so it was funny because he was like “woah does this mean you’re a Selunite??” As if it was shocking news to him (it wasn’t, he been knew). And also Orion is a werewolf and *cough cough* Shadowheart very quickly worked through her fear of wolves with his help in my headcannon so…

orion is good aligned the way wyll is - will be very active and vocal about doing good, and will put everything on the line to do the right thing, even if it costs him.

aneirin is good aligned the way shadowheart is - will get standoffish, wary and knows a worrying amount about torture, but will want to save the refugees in the end.

khareesa is evil aligned the way astarion is - will be concerned primary with her own survival and will go about it the way she so far learned to be the most effective.

imllar is evil aligned the way lae'zel is - he put so much into believing that what he was trained to do was right, he can't really afford doubting it anymore.

I have a a post about my main tav: Anya, however I do have another one who I have been playing and I love him.

• Tav name/pic: Orion

I don't have a picture but: Orion is an extremely tall and muscular Drow Man. He is usually the tallest person in the room making Halsin quite the surprise to him. He has skin of night and hair of starlight.

• Class: Cleric-Paladin with an Oath of Devotion to the Goddess Selūne (He is a Cleric of Light)

• Backstory: Orion's story begins with his birth and the first time his mother, Llerene held him. Llerene was a fierce warrior who had server Lolth all her life and for the entire time she never dream of anything else... Until she held her first son. When she looked upon her male children, she knew the life that awaited for him. Before she could be taken by sorrow however she felt something, or rather- someone. The call of the Goddess Eilistraee. The promise of freedom, for her and her son on the surface. Llerene decided to take the chance, first opportunity she took the child and she ran, fighting her way through out of the Underdark, unfortunately not alone as she was being hunted down. She was struck down however the Goddess Eilistraee did not abandon them. A guiding light led a Cleric of Selūne to the conflict and well Llerene could not be saved, however her son could be. The Cleric took the child, naming him Orion after the stars and took him back to their temple. There he was raised under the Light of Selūne. He followed her teachings, become a Paladin Cleric to spread her light wherever it should be needed. On one of his mission, he was abducted by Mind Flayers.

• Personality: Orion is a Knight in Shining Armor. He aids the weak and weary, protects those in need and shines light into darkness. He is a sweet man who has vowed to always do the right thing. He is rather wise and strong, along with having a great deal of knowledge. Orion tries to settle argument and disputes with words, which can become difficult considering he is not the best at talking people in general. However he most of the time is able to persuade people with a bit of Guidance. Orion tries not to shine Selūne's light too bright into other people's faces. Well he does follow her faithfully, he respects a number of other gods and should he be asked to pray to their god, he shall. (during this journey he loses respect for some of the gods however, notably Mystra) Despite the fact he is a gentle giant, he is getting pretty fed up with people being racist toward him. He bites his tongue the best he can however his annoyance can slip out in some rather nasty words. Orion looks up to his mother even if he never actually got to meet her. Orion knows nothing of what she did before, however is grateful to her for saving him from the life that awaited him, going against her god to do so.

• Who they're romancing: Shadowheart - Orion is quick to respect her privacy on the matter of the artifact and her personal life. He appreciates her aid in battle and does share the same weakness for wine admittedly. When he does learn she is a Sharran at an old alter to Selūne he is extremely practical about it. "You have yet to judge me for being a Drow, I shall not judge you for being a Sharran. Plus we need each other to survive." Of course this rather calm way of seeing her choice in goddess does begin to change when they arrive at the Shadowcursed Lands and venture into the Gauntlet of Shar. Orion does not like where things are going and well he acknowledges they need to pass the trails to proceed, he is pretty firm on not wishing her to become a Dark Justiciar, it does cause a number of argument..... but in the end he does not want to lose her either. Alternative Romances I could see fitting with Orion: Wyll and Gale

• An interesting hobby they have: Orion rather likes dying his clothing different colors. He also spends a great deal of time reading. Orion is also skilled at horseback riding. He also a horse at home named Comet, he is a noble white steed who he often is with but he is very glad Comet was not with him on the mission he got abducted.
