Solaris stayed there for 26 years until Generations, when he returned to history, though restoring a past where he did exist, but wasn't experimented on. Mephiles however, stayed put until a year and a half later, getting pulled out thanks to The Chaotix, and eventually wandering the world, doing his own thing as a half-mortal

The Rose family continued after Amy due to a deal struck with Shadow, allowing her and Metal to use the cloning devices on The ARK. Some DNA tweaking and three months later, Rowan Rose is "born", eventually leading to the birth of everyone's favorite timetraveler
