Found this creator, noticed she likes this... definitely Art Deco inspired modern opulent look, it's not behind a paywall, has a good polycount, HAD TO CONVERT IT. Also it's an excellent add-on set to the Peacemaker living room I converted a while ago.

All BGC, recolorable 1-2 channels, painting come with all three overlays.

Only the armchair goes above 1.2k polys/tile, capping at 1.7k. The loveseat and sofa are around 2k but since they're larger, the polycount per tile is smaller.

Comes qith a collection file.

Another amazing set from the same creator, and lowpoly too :)

All BGC (although the vanity is converted from a Late Night one), recolorable 1-2 channels. Some textures have a bit of noise that I tried to clean, but I wasn't 100% successful even with uncompressed multipliers. Thankfully, most of the noise is on the backside of the furniture :P

Only the pouf goes around 1.4k polys per tile, all the rest is chill!

Comes with a collection file too.
