This is also 2021 Garden season & all tho it looks good I lost a lot of plants from bolting! We had a very very hot summer & I think that’s why everything bolted the way it did! I’m not an expert & the only education I have is a high school diploma, some college, & a whole lot of experience… good & bad! It was the most frustrated season I’ve had so far! omg I love making crepes with rice flour its amazing, another great thing to add with them is potato starch! it gives them such a great texture!! I will also make filling out of non-dairy creamcheese, vanilla extract, agave, and chocolate chips!!

Oh my god! Cream cheese was my biggest weakness before I went vegan. That sounds craaazzy good!

Some of Summer of ‘21’s harvest! You can definitely tell they’re homegrown veggies vs store bought by taste! I pull all my weeds & anything else that needs pulled by hand I use zero chemicals! These grew amazingly, they tasted yummy, & gave a lot away to people! Last years harvest was smaller than usual only because I had so much bolting!
