SNAANA Goat Milk Soap Benefits
Goats milk is a natural, extremely potent product that offers a lot of advantages when it comes to treating (and washing) your skin naturally. It's a wonderful substitute for synthetic body washes, shampoos, and even facial cleansers when added to soaps. Goat milk serves as the primary component of the soap known as soap. Due to its special natural make, it is very good for the skin. SNAANA Goat milk soaps includes essential nutrients including Vitamins A, C, and D, magnesium, potassium, and good fats that help to maintain the skin healthy and decrease problems.
SNAANA Benefits of goat milk soap
- Goat milk soap has several beneficial characteristics that can help keep your skin looking and feeling great. - Rich in skin essential nutrients - Supports a healthy skin microbiome - Natural exfoliant - Suitable for all age groups including infants - It provide your skin a healthy dose of vitamins - Improve severe dry skin diseases including eczema and dry skin in general.
Using goat milk by dissolving the sebum in the pore, soap, when it comes into touch with the skin's surface, causes the pores to close, which further helps to even out the skin's tone. The good fat, which contains vital nutrients, aids in removing the dead skin that an older person is unable to shed at the required rate, restoring the skin's necessary luster. It treats common skin issues like pigmentation, age spot, melasma, eczema, psoriasis, and other skin problems since it penetrates the skin's surface and pores.

What’s Left on the Neolithic...plate?
ITA version ESP version
Sometimes, not having soap to wash the dishes thoroughly can be useful... especially if we want to uncover our past activities. It is thanks to the residues found in ancient ceramic vessels that a research team, composed of members from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), the University of Zaragoza, and the University of Strasbourg, has revealed the first direct evidence of the consumption and processing of dairy products since the beginning of the Neolithic period, around 7,500 years ago.
The study utilised the remains of about thirty ceramic vessels obtained from two archaeological sites found in the caves of Chaves and Puyascada, located in the province of Huesca, Spain, to understand the usage and preservation habits of food. The researchers organised and classified the vessels according to various criteria, such as the type of profile, shape, cooking conditions, surface treatment, type of decoration, depth, and volume. Subsequently, lipids were extracted from the ceramic remains using a technique that employs acidified methanol, then analysed through gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
Thanks to the morphological profiles, the researchers classified the vessels based on their function: preparation with or without heating, serving, and storage. Indeed, a group of ceramic pots was classified as suitable for food preparation, particularly for prolonged boiling thanks to the closed rims that prevent excessive evaporation. Others were suitable for pounding or stirring, as they have thick walls, which would be more resistant to heavy impacts. Regarding organic matter, the residues found in the vessels include ruminant fats, pork, plant products, and dairy, suggesting intentional mixing or subsequent uses.
Another group of small vessels was interpreted as serving containers, used for individual consumption of food and liquids. They could have been easily handled with one hand, so they were likely intended for individual use. The identified ingredients range from animal fats to edible plants and resins. Finally, a last group of vessels, with deep and closed necks, was considered ideal for storing liquids and low-fat foods, such as cereals and legumes.
The analysis of organic residues from the Chaves ceramics indicates that these were mainly used for processing ruminant meat, representing 50% of the residues, and dairy products, which constitute 28%. This is consistent with the mortality profiles of the animals at Chaves, which show that goats, cattle, and pigs were slaughtered young, during the so-called "optimum of meat". At Puyascada, on the other hand, the ceramics were mainly used for dairy products, which account for 54% of the organic residues, while ruminant fats only make up 27%, and pork fat is well represented at 36%. The low percentage of ruminant fats could be due to different preparation and consumption methods compared to Chaves.
The high percentage of dairy fats at Puyascada suggests a priority in the use of ceramics for milk processing. Additionally, the importance of pork fat, despite the low quantitative presence of the species, could indicate specific preparation of pork or its use as a fat reserve. The preparation and consumption of pork fat were widespread practices in Neolithic Iberia, with evidence in many archaeological sites. The data suggest that, while milk was processed and consumed at both sites, ruminant and pork fats were managed differently, reflecting distinct production and consumption strategies.
From the shape of the vessels and the organic residues, scientists have managed to offer a valuable window into the social dynamics and agricultural and livestock practices of Neolithic communities in the Iberian Peninsula.
Other previous studies confirm the production of dairy products in Europe during the Neolithic, but this is the first study that makes a direct comparison between neighbours, between caves located about 100 km apart, describing the diversity of lifestyles.

I think snowbird is happy to go with Curtis the first time. He’s eager to show her what he does, and she’s eager to learn more about him. She’s heard the other wives talking about it as well. Without a doubt they’re not leaving without some baby goats, a couple alpacas, a miniature cow, and a miniature donkey. 🥰 Snowbird wants to start dying her own wool to knit with, and making goats milk soap.
“I’ve never been to one of these, honestly I’ve never even seen equipment this big.” Coming from California and within concrete cities, you’d never been around farm equipment or any of the tools Curtis used.
“Do you want to walk around here? Or come with me to the other building?” Curtis kept close to you, his hand on your lower back and his broad chest touching your left shoulder, a constant security and affectionate display.
“You’re going to the bull sale?” You turned your head and looked up at him, your eyes meeting his bright gaze and brilliant soft smile. “To buy…cows?”
“Bulls,” Curtis drew his hand under your chin, every endearment bleeding through his gentle touch, “you can wander around here.”
“I’ll meet up with you, then.” You felt your flesh becoming warm under his touch and your eyes fluttered closed as he kissed your cheek before drawing himself away.
“I’ll be in the other building, and I have my phone if you need me.” Curtis reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out his wallet, handing it to you with. “Get anything you want, I mean it. Everything or anything.”
You grasped the leather and slipped it into your purse, watching Curtis walk away from you. As he stepped out of sight, you’d taken another look at the piece of farm equipment that towered above your head, and then side-eyed the booths set up around the arena.
“Mr. Everett,” Curtis kept his back to one of the livestock organizers, but a smile broke on his face and he was tempted to chuckle under his breath, “we have the transportation for your cattle arranged but-”
“Mrs. Everett bought some animals?” Curtis reached for the papers held out for him, the documents detailing the health and history of the animals he now had partial responsibility over.
“A few mini-cows, goats, an alpaca-” the assistant spoke and Curtis looked over the list with a lopsided grin.
“A whole zoo,” he let his laugh slip, flipping over the requisition to read the other side, “Mrs. Everett…”
“We can arrange to have them transported or if you’d like to pick them up yourself…well you know…” Curtis nodded his head in agreement and then turned back toward the pen with the few cattle unable to be transported today.
As he waited, Curtis saw you from the corner of his eye. He turned to face you and rest an elbow on the green metal tail, waiting for you to step onto the dirt path and continue toward him.
“I bought some things…” you we’re sheepish, stepping toward him with caution as if you were afraid he’d reacted in anger. “Some animals…”
“Mrs. Everett,” Curtis drew you against his chest, one arm a slipping around your waist and the other removing his hat from his head to place it upon yours, “I wouldn’t have cared if you bought a thousand animals.”
“You wouldn’t?” You preened under his touch, shivering when his lips brushed against yours. “You’re not mad?”
“No, sweetheart!” He fixed his cowboy hat on your head, brushing his hand up and down your back. “I’m glad you had fun. Although I’m going to have to build another pen for you and your critters.”
“You wouldn’t mind? I promise I’ll help.” Your hands snaked up his chest to the lapels of his jacket, fingertips grazing the edge of his jaw.
“I’m looking forward to it, Mrs. Everett.”

Things I've recently noticed in my attempted glow up Era. List is kinda long... sorry!
1. I took a photo of my body a year ago and compared it to a photo taken yesterday.. I was 4 pounds lighter in the first picture but the muscles and how toned my stomach looks now??? Crazzyyy what a little toning can do. I look so much better.
2. I took some spicy pictures, and my arms are twigs.
3. I want to be SKINNYYY but I also want a butt. I hate hate hate exercise so I'm going to have to suck it up cuz at this point, I need muscle there since I clearly don't have the fat.
4. I cleaned out my closet for the first time since High school and I realized being 23 and living in NY, it's time to up my fashion from Baggy jeans and oversized sweaters to maybe something a bit classier. I'm going for elegant but still has fun. Being so close to my goal weight, I'm confident in shopping a size down knowing it will fit me and it's time to wear clothes flattering to my body shape.
5. Motivation and discipline are not the same thing and in my opinion, discipline is more important than Motivation. You can be motivated all you want... but do you have the discipline to achieve it?
6. Water. Water. Water!!!! Fat cells don't go away. So as an example, my starting weight was 108 and I am now 90. All the fat cells I have from being 108 are still there but "deflated." That's why it's so easy to gain weight and so hard to lose. Water weight is temporary and will go away. It's just those cells "swelling" up. One day you'll wake up 2 pounds lighter and it's because those fat cells that were replaced with water finally let it all go.
7. Nobody can tell if you've lost or gained 5 pounds.
8. I struggled with cystic acne my entire teen life and even into my early 20s. I was probably the queen of pimple creams. You want to try a new product? I've already tried it and here's my experience. I went to countless dermatologists and was even given medicated treatments and antibiotics. They made my acne WORSE. I learned, at least for me, that SIMPLE products work best. I use an organic goat milk soap bar, vitamin c moisturizer, and literally a misting of sunscreen on my face and haven't had a zit bigger than a pinprick in over a year and they've all been cycle related. Also, removing the peach fuzz from your face helps with oil and dirt
9. If you're like me and enjoy BOILING showers, please do not wash your hair or face in hot water. Washing your face should be the first and last step when showering. Allow the steam to open your pores and then switch the water to Luke warm to wash, cold to rinse... same with your hair! Cold water onllyyy and do not dry with a towel. A simple cotton shirt is so much better for it.
10. Whitening your teeth doesn't have to cost much at all. Crest 3D Whitening strips do the job very well or you can take a banana peel as it's turning from green to yellow and rub the inside of the peel on your teeth. Worked wonders for me when I couldn't afford Whitening strips.
11. 3 basics I do everyday to be put together. If someone were to knock on my door, I should feel comfortable enough in my appearance to open it. Always have your hair done in some kind of way (pony, half up, claw clipped, even a messy bun), always have on clean clothes (yes pj's are fine but remember if someone knocked, are your pj's matching? Flattering? Or do you look messy and lazy?) Always have your teeth brushed and face put together.
12. Get off your phone. Get offfff yourrrr phone!!! I see so many people in public with their heads down watching their phone, or at a table and they have their phone out, or walking with a group of friends and they all have phones. Phones can enhance an experience (a museum offering a guided tour) and that's fine! But I hate the amount of full grown adults walking down the street glued to a phone. I give teens a break, but adults?? Please step away from the glowing rectangle in your hand for an HOUR while we are at dinner. The biggest glow up is to be present. Put your phone down at the table and notice the people around you, put your phone down while walking down the street and observe the world. To me, the most attractive people I see aren't on their phones.. they are experiencing.
13. Fruits and vegetables not only look like an aesthetic on a plate, but you look like an aesthetic eating them. You get so many nutrients out of them and you get a full stomach much quicker for wayyyyy less calories. Some fruits and veggies even burn calories to digest.
14. There is nothing wrong with noticing flaws on your body and NOT embracing them. I've lived in Hawaii all my life and always wore shorts because my bikini line would break out the DAY I would shave. Well laser hair takes too long, waxing sounds AWFUL, so I got a tattoo in that area. I still get red angry bumps from time to time (olive oil, exfoliating, and a NEW Razor each time has helped) But now my tattoo takes away from those bumps and they aren't noticeable. I feel confident in bikinis because I modified the area that was bothering me.
15. Trends are great, but learn to accept that some trends just aren't meant for you. A glow up is being true to yourself and what you feel confident in. It's about knowing that the magical product that works for them may not work for you, it's knowing your body type, type of skin you have, colors that enhance or take away from you, and fashion comes and goes but style does not.
16. If you have a period, I am begging you to track your moods, your symptoms, your cycle phases. You'll not only feel so in touch with the rapid changes our bodies go through, but you'll be able to predict your body's cycle. I know for a fact next week I need to spend extra care with my skin, I'll be bloated so I should avoid foods that contribute and not worry too much about any "gain", and my hair will get greasy easily so I should switch my hair routine up a little bit. Knowing your cycle phases and the hormones that relate will do wonders in keeping your mental and physical health in check.
17. This kinda goes with 12, but be friendly. Smile at the cashier and ask them how they are, say please and thank you to everyone, hold the door open for the family of 4 with a stroller, listen to your friends and find a way to loop back to the friend whose story got unintentionally interrupted by someone else. Make the people you care about feel like they have your attention. Dont make comments to put people down (i was so bad at this. I would say, "god. She's 40 and dressing like that?" Now i catch myself and i say "i want her confidence. Look how shes rocking the zebra print boots!") don't match a rude person's energy.. all it does is fuel an already "unhealthy" situation. Take the rudeness with grace. Be present, be kind, be open and you'll attract people like a magnet.
18. Old lady perfume only smells like an old lady because you are over spraying. A dab on both wrists, a dab on the naval, a dab on the ankles and MAYBE some behind your ear. It's supposed to smell light and flowery not like you've raided your grandma's closet. Save the big all over body sprays for perfumes from bath and body works.

Gentle Face Soap for Radiant Skin
Finding the right gentle face soap can be challenging, especially if you’re looking for something that’s both natural and effective. Many soaps can strip the skin of essential oils, leaving it dry and irritated. Tierra Mia Organics offers a best handmade soap crafted with care to nourish and protect your skin without any harsh chemicals. Here’s everything you need to know about the benefits of using a gentle, handmade soap for your face.
Why Choose a Gentle Face Soap?
Using a gentle face soap is crucial to maintaining the skin’s natural moisture barrier. Here are some reasons why a gentle soap is ideal for your face:
Less Irritation: Many commercial soaps contain sulfates and harsh detergents, which can irritate sensitive facial skin. Gentle soaps are typically free of these ingredients, offering a kinder cleansing experience.
Natural Ingredients: The best gentle soaps use natural ingredients, reducing the chances of a reaction. Tierra Mia Organics, for instance, offers options made with goat milk, an ingredient known for its soothing and moisturizing properties.
Suitable for All Skin Types: Whether your skin is dry, oily, or combination, a gentle soap can cleanse without disrupting your skin’s natural balance.
Benefits of Using Handmade Soap
Handmade soaps have surged in popularity due to their unique qualities and skin-friendly ingredients. Here’s why a best handmade soap might be the upgrade your skincare routine needs:
Better Quality Control: Handmade soaps are crafted in small batches, allowing for higher quality control. This ensures that each bar contains the right mix of nourishing oils and other beneficial ingredients.
Ethical Ingredients: Many handmade soaps, like those from Tierra Mia Organics, use ethically sourced, natural ingredients. This can be a big plus for eco-conscious consumers.
Moisturizing Properties: Handmade soaps are often rich in natural oils, which help retain moisture. They cleanse while providing a subtle layer of hydration to keep skin feeling soft.
Key Ingredients in Tierra Mia Organics Gentle Face Soap
Tierra Mia Organics offers soaps designed with specific ingredients that provide maximum benefit for your skin:
Goat Milk: Known for its gentle exfoliating properties, goat milk is rich in fatty acids that help nourish and moisturize the skin. It’s especially effective for those with sensitive skin or conditions like eczema.
Essential Oils: Handmade soaps often include essential oils like lavender, tea tree, or eucalyptus. These oils not only add a pleasant scent but also bring added benefits, such as calming inflammation or fighting bacteria.
Natural Oils: Ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter provide hydration and create a creamy lather, making it ideal for face washing.
By choosing a soap with these ingredients, you’re getting a product that’s not only gentle but also targeted for optimal skincare.
How to Use Gentle Face Soap for Best Results
To get the most out of your gentle face soap:
Wet Your Face with Warm Water: Warm water opens up your pores, allowing the soap to penetrate deeply.
Lather the Soap in Your Hands: Avoid rubbing the soap directly on your face, as this can cause irritation. Instead, create a lather in your hands before applying it.
Massage Gently: Use your fingertips to massage the soap into your face in small circles. This helps boost circulation and ensure a thorough cleanse.
Rinse with Cool Water: Cool water helps close your pores, locking in moisture.
Pat Dry: Avoid rubbing your face with a towel. Instead, gently pat dry to prevent irritation.
Why Tierra Mia Organics’ Soaps Stand Out
Tierra Mia Organics offers a selection of gentle face soap products crafted with natural ingredients. Their commitment to quality and eco-friendly practices makes them a favorite among people seeking a best handmade soap for their skincare routine.
