After calling for at least 7 weeks, no answer or call backs and in 10+ years of knowing her she always call back or answer my calls greeting me "Montice". But today, i called and the phone was disconnected and it worried me. Something told me to google her name and what i feared became reality😢. I cried like a baby. It feel like l lost my grandma all over again😭. I wanted to share with her her character in the adventures of Angus as his history teacher 😢. We were supposed to do upcoming podcast shows together and work on a book/s. We always talked hours on the phone non stop about life. I miss her voice and energy. Oh how God has other plans and in the 10 years I've known her she has taught me so much about black history, and who we are as Black people. If i was upset about something that pushed me to the edge. I would call her and she would encourage me, telling me no matter what i must live out my purpose and be a strong Black man. I miss her so much. She was magnificent, the most genuine and loyal friend I've had in this lifetime. She was a brilliant woman, such a wonderful spirit. I will miss and think of her until my dying day and hope to meet her soul after and in the next lifetime.
