Also I just wanna be clear that like. It's not bad to like Astarion. You're not a bad person if he's your favorite character.

It's just that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth when Larian shows such blatant favoritism toward him and their listening to his stans the most.

And like. Idk abt y'all but I don't like being pandered to. Astarion is great, but frankly there's enough of him in the game. I'm romancing Gale rn but Astarion is constantly the one with the ! above his head, every other long rest. And like I have barely interacted with him with this Tav. But he's still constantly got shit to say, and Gale is one of the companions with the most content to begin with. So can we like. Get to someone else now.

And the thing is ... They're kinda. Making him worse. Kinda undermining the point of his story a little bit? Like. Can we leave well enough alone and do some other stuff. For five seconds. Leave the horny kissing and lip biting to the fandom mayhaps.
