Sometimes you will be recovering from a big social event and finally believing yourself for a brief moment that you are a cool and normal person and people are glad to know you and think what you have to say has value and then I don't know. You have a dream about something that didn't actually happen (but it Could happen). You get a reminder on your phone about a birthday of someone you've fallen out with and never got closure for. You get convinced that you are both too intimidating to talk to or too annoying to talk to or you don't respond right when people do talk to you. Ah lads not again.

#and stuff like this spirals into everything else #you convinve yourself not to do your silly creative projects because theyre too weird #or people just treat you like an assembly line when requests are open and theres no reciprocation #or you read too much into something thats not actually a problem and make it a problem and it blocks you #i dont know man #personal hapo #hm the nd fear that i talked too loud or said something weird that makes people hate me hahahahha!#i think im just hungry or something and i should solve that
