👻(Ghost): do they believe in ghosts? what are their “ghostly experiences”, if any?

Absolutely, without a second thought. Luther's been down in enough skyrim-esque decrepit ass tombs and abandoned structures to know some noises are not just simply the wind passing through or mice running through the small cracks in the wall.

I think their most ghostly experience would differ from story to story, whatever's playing on their mind the most, He's not immune to playing up his stories of adventures back on mainland; he can be a very convincing story teller if you let him get into something enough. From "Maybe it was an actual ghost, who knowwwsss" to "Oh no, yeah, that was a ghost. No doubt about it." Depends on the crowds reaction!

☄️ (Comet): what do people assume about them? are they right?

This is such an interesting question for Luther... I feel like the biggest assumption is that Luther is a very polite person- which isn't completely wrong, he STRIVES to be viewed as a completely harmless little guy, someone anyone could get along with, but he's also... that isn't all of him, and the more unhinged parts of his personality certainly come out around certain people. He HATES making bad impressions... in terms of proper assumptions, I feel like it would depend on the person.

The biggest one, however, would easily be... him being a vampire. One of the first years he spent on Venroot would have people ding dong ditching Jericho's home because the 'vampire lived there'. That's what he gets for dressing up as one for Halloween and putting on too good of an act. (Sorry Jericho)

☁️ (Cloud): a soft headcanon

For Ilveen... hmnnNnnn. I'd say one of the biggest things for her is that she is very weak to seeing her boys be happy, seeing both Luther and Jericho tease or laugh with eachother just puts her at a sense of ease that she can't really explain- not that she'd ever freely admit it. Jericho's essentially her younger brother, he means so much to her and she fucking ADORES Luther; something about that combined warms her like nothing else. (Makes the mess she went through trying to help either side with their romantic woes SO worth it, in a lip biting way.)

She also really likes giving hugs, but isn't the biggest fan of receiving, its hard to deal with urges to hug your girlfriend or younger brother from behind and maybe try to playfully pick them up when you're supposed to be the cool, calculated and epic librarian she wants to be.

⚙️ (Gear): what are your ocs thoughts on science & art? which do they give more importance to? how much value do they place on each?

Ilveen is a huge nerd and science actually plays kind of a part in that. She's very fascinated by Astrology and Petrology (study of rocks). Though they're kept on the down low, she loves being able to read up on things about them- and really anything that peaks her interest in terms of scientific curiosities can drag her. She's got a rather analytical mind all things considered and will gladly listen to folks talk about studies (probably why she gets on with Luther so much too)

Art is a bit more tricky for her admittedly, she feels the reason its sometimes hard to put words to the way certain pieces or even writing makes her feel is some kind of sign that she doesn't understand art.. Though she views it and both the feelings it gives very important, shes just a much more science inclined person... definitely more importance towards science.

Pandora:

💓(Beating Heart): What get's their heart racing.

Oh lord. Pandora is a simple woman wrapped in many hard to reach through vines, hard to open up and understand most of the time. But the number one thing that always gets her heart racing is being held in some kind of gentle or soft way. Pandora always delegates herself to being the one who's got everything in control, the one who does the holding! To have that turned on her is such a bizarre feeling as not only is it fairly new, she struggles to come to terms that she likes it. Merrill can get her to freeze by easily just doing the things she does for her, being the big spoon, taking her hands, pecking her unprompted. All of those things make Pandora a MESS.

You know how Ren is, he’s a simple guy with simple tastes. A meal at the diner is more than enough for a guy like him and if you asked him and forced him to answer then that would be it. A meal at the diner he frequents. Yep…

Somnio’s coming to learn that he’s appreciative of a fine night out, a nice dinner and then possibly some stargazing too. Maybe it’s just because he likes seeing Lyrica in formal dresses? Probably. He in general just really likes Lyrica in whatever she wears so who knowwwsss.

You’d think by looking at her that she’d be the kind to be hard to please for things like that but no actually! She’s fine with and prefer the simple things. Honestly, a simple dinner with just the two of them is preferable, it’s intimate and just them talking and enjoying themselves. Although I will add that as a Swede with snow and cold flowing through her veins, a close second is winter date type of activities. Ice skating, even just a walk through some snowy woods, she’d love it.

A quiet night in to be honest if she had a choice. But that’s mainly because she’s always got that tired mom mom thing going on so that’s probably it, come check when she’s more well-rested. But a dinner together then chilling on the couch together too with her probably falling asleep. 

Is it cheating to say whatever Yuka prefers? Cause it’s whatever Yuka prefers. But that genuinely is what he likes because his upmost favorite thing would be whatever allows him to see the most excitement/joy on her face. Even if it’s nothing he’s good at, like with the ice skating, absolutely nothing will beat the look of surprised joy on her face when she saw that frozen lake.

This little fanfic was inspired by this Youtube video by Goretoons. While watching all could think of was Virgil and Roman singing it.  I’ve been wanting to do this for a while and with it being Roman’s time to shine this works pretty well.

Roman and Virgil were having another fight, nothing out of normal for the two. Even after Virgil’s name reveal and him trying to work things out with Thomas. Roman and Virgil still fight to the nail and tooth over the dumbest things. Today though, Patton was determined to make them act like a loving family, which is what put them in the situation they are in right now. Roman and Virgil were standing in the living room each holding a microphone and staring at the karaoke machine in front of them. Patton’s great idea for them to ‘bond’ more, Virgil was cringing as Roman continued trying to talk Patton out of it.

“-I mean, I do love singing and showing how amazing I am, but this is ridiculous. How am I to sing with Nightmare’s Bogeyman?!” Patton seemed to ignore him as he continued scrolling through the list of songs.

“I’m sorry to do this Roman but I can’t stand seeing family fighting and what better way of fixing it then with song?!” Patton gave a smile that showed excitement and hope. Virgil knew that face, they weren’t getting out of this no matter how Roman argued.

“I do have to agree with Patton, many studies show how teamwork activities and lyrical duets build a more strong trust and positive emotions.” Logan stood over Patton’s shoulder viewing the list, “I believe this song will help fix their current disagreement.” Logan pointed down at the list as Patton’s eyes lit up.

“Oh! It’s prefect and it’s from a cartoon isn’t that great Roman!” Roman sighed and gave in, it was far too late. Roman walked over to stand next to Virgil giving an annoyed look.

“At least try and not make me look bad as I give a show.” Virgil gave a small hiss in reply ignoring Patton's disapproving look. Patton pressed a button and the title appeared on screen. Virgil was surprised to say the least, he knew the song well. One of his favorites from Adventure Time really, and with the way Roman was quietly smiling it was a song he enjoyed as well. Virgil took a step forward showing he would sing first, Roman gave no sign of disagreement. Virgil’s voice rang out as Patton and Logan sat on the couch watching.

Roman stood up not hiding the bitterness from his voice as he sang.

Virgil’s voice shook and he was beginning to think Logan picked a song that was too perfect.

Roman took a step closer to Virgil, showing his anger in a intimidating stance. Virgil accepted the challenge and stood in front of Roman's face almost feeling his breath.

Virgil stepped down feeling his emotions betray him as his crawled in on himself, this was a bad idea. He wished he just ran into his room, now Roman would have another way to make fun of Virgil.

Roman saw Virgil’s body shake and he himself was feeling the music take over him, allowing the emotions he buried rise back to the surface. His lines almost being lost in the shaking way his vocal cords sang out.

Virgil stepped forward again, but this time it was hesitate and shaky. Too many emotions were surging through him to actually think about his actions. He looked up at Roman his eyes showing hurt and fear.

I guess that's why! I wanna bury you in the ground!

Roman cursed in his head as his voice cracked. He saw Virgil and his heart broke, he yelled at himself for all the times he hid his feels, all the times he showed hatred to this fear ridden trait. Every regret fueling the way his body moved closer to Virgil, as their foreheads brushed against each other.

Virgil could feel the tears that slipped past his face. He couldn’t care though as through his blurry vision, he could see Roman had the same tears in his eyes.

Roman slowly wrapped his arms around Virgil keeping their eyes locked on each other. Their voices quiet and broken as the song tumbled out of them.

Virgil rested his head on Roman’s chest as the tears flooded down his face. The last lyric spoken softly in Roman’s ear.

The music faded out but Roman just held Virgil tighter not wanting this to end. Not wanting the wall falling over them again, his heart couldn’t handle it. His breath catching in his throat every time a cry threaten to leave his lips. Tears staining the top of Virgil’s head as Virgil’s own tears stained Roman’s chest.

Logan slowly grabbed Patton’s hand leading him out of the room. “But they-”

“Shh, we shouldn’t bother them. They will have a long conversation that they would most likely want to be a private one.” Logan spoke quietly, as Patton gave Logan a look showing realization.

“You knew this would happen didn’t you?” Patton’s voice was surprised and impressed.

“Well, the signs of attraction were very clear, yet I did not calculate them having such a...emotional reaction to their feelings.”

Patton nodded, looking back at the doorway. He smiled back at Logan, “I’m glad they were able to work their feelings in such a beautiful way!”

Logan only nodded and turned to return to his room, “Give them a few hours to get everything straightened out. Maybe now we could settle debates with less unneeded emotions.”

“Y-yeah, our family will be even closer now!” Patton’s smile didn’t leave until he heard the sound of Logan’s door close. He smiled sadly at the ground, feeling his heart twisted in an uncomfortable knot. “If only you could see my feelings as clearly as theirs.” Patton smiled one more time in the direction of the two traits then he turned and slowly crept into his room. He sat on his bed with a plate full of cookies.

Kakyoin definitely regularly tops Jotaro. Jotaro just needs to be held~~~~~ he’s a total bara uke. There needs to be more fanfic of this.

I don’t get the fandom fascination with characters wearing lipstick. I always interpreted it as Araki colouring characters’ lips because it looks cool not because he’s actually imagining them wearing lipstick. But maybe he is. Who knowwwsss

Mikitaka & F.F. is a pairing I never considered until I saw fanart of it and now I LOVE IT. I love the weirdos of ambiguous gender/humanity who just want to be appreciated by their jojos.

Diavolo really isn’t a very memorable villain. Despite all the other good characters and stands in Vento Aureo, he’s boring and his stand is a low budget version of The World. It’s really a let-down. Like, oh, he’s selling drugs to kids? Murdered some people? Is killing him really worth all the effort?

Giorno’s Gold Experience Requiem is *brutal*, way more like a power a villain would have than a hero. His previous power is all flowers and bugs and shit and then he just forces someone to experience their own death for eternity?? I mean sure Diavolo is a bad guy, but on the scale of all the other villains he’s not even trying to take over the world. Just one death would be fine. Not to mention, it’s unclear if getting the requiem ability forces you to give up your previous abilities, but it’s kinda implied. If so, it’s really a downgrade in terms of flexibility. Having an OHKO ability isn’t really that useful for, say, intimidating people, especially if they have no way of knowing what just happened to their buddy you just sent to hell. You’re the only healer in your party, Giogio! You can’t just reclass like that and not consider party balance!
