for the longest time i was on the fence about having children, because i thought i wouldnt make it to the point where i could, because i was scared i would try so hard to not be my mom that id fuck up and be worse, because i didnt think id ever find someone who would want to parent with me, but recently i’ve realized that i do want kids, i want to have the chance to raise someone with so much love and care, someone who gets to completely be themselves because they grow up in an environment where that is encouraged, i want to be apart of the generation of parents whose kids are completely and unapologetically themselves and help put more love into the world that seems so fucking awful sometimes.
