Me every time the AMCA crew starts talking about Adam Driver in the sequel trilogy
#I genuinely do not understand how they all love him#like one. john boyega is RIGHT THERE#but also like. what sort of character did he have to deliver? school shooter white boy?#also every movie I see he's starred in looks like dogshit#damn do I want to see him play a 'troubled' husband#or do I want to see him play a softboi CIA agent?#how could I even choose.#look I got respect for people who love mediocre white men.#Hit me up. I'm a mediocre white man.#but fr especially in those movies you cannot tell me that adam driver gave a better performance than oscar isaac or john boyega#plus like. yeah I guess kylo ren gets a lot of screen time and characterization over the course of the sequel trilogy#damn. crazy how they sidelined the black lead of the first movie.
