Tired of everyone acting like the DSM is the end all be all of psychiatric diagnostic criteria when the ICD exists and is far better than the garbage that is the fucking DSM which is primarily used in the states

Breaking news: water is wet#My disdain for the DSM would take 300 years to explain but essentially I hate the distinct separation of “mental illness” and “Real Illness#They're all equally valid.
