I was thinking of mlp designs for Cornetto characters while falling asleep and I kept getting stuck cuz like. There are multiple characters who have clear defining traits but not skills (Shaun, Gary, etc) and I was thinking, "ok but what's the best symbol to allude to this trait but also leave room for a special talent?"

Then I remembered the Element Of Kindness' cutie mark is butterflies, meanwhile she takes care of anything from yes, butterflies, to full-on bears. It's not that deep
