Well today is a momentous occasion. No I didn't get engaged, or get pregnant or anything else that involves another person. I set a few personal goals for myself and today I achieved one of them. I was able to do a full set of unassisted pull ups. 😳😳😱🤯🤯🤯🤯. For some that maybe an easy feat and no reason for celebration. But for someone that has been obese all her life.... For someone who was just about 300 lbs..... For someone who almost died a few years ago because of being overweight.... I am on top of the world. Yes I have had alot of help along the way but special shout out to @timinodifit. Even when I cuss, kick and scream, keep kissing my ass.
