Day 5 water fast
SW: 199.7 CW: 190.2 Which means: -9.5 lbs!!!!
Here we are, another day of the water fast. I am STILL getting hunger pangs, but the good news is….they aren’t as often as before. Anyways, my knees don’t hurt today like yesterday. I have had some pains in my mid back region and am slightly lightheaded sometimes. Nothing I can’t handle. Things seem to be going well except for the fact that I never was too big of a water drinker and now that I have to only drink water it kind of sucks. Also, I had my first dream about eating food last night. I have been waking up a little bit earlier than normal due mostly to having to use the restroom. Ugh. No worries though. It means I can get up tooo paint or something? Idk but overall today hasn’t been too terrible. My energy levels are kind of eh and I’m just a little bit foggy brained. Oh well.
UPDATE: I just got the worst wave of nausea I have had since starting this fast. I was nonstop spitting in a cup and after a bit I just went outside and sat there spitting on the grass. That felt fucking terrible. I thought I was going to start dry heaving but it never happened. I feel a lot better now

So April has been a pretty crazy month, I lost almost exactly 25 pounds in 1 month... well on my way to goals for Gold Cup and my cousins wedding!! Day 6 of water fasting
SW:199.7 CW: Total lost: Alright. Day 6 is here. It's crazy to think that tomorrow will mark a whole week! I am STILL getting hunger pangs and it is so annoying. This fast would be a lot easier to do if they had calmed down already. Anyways, yesterday and a little bit today my kidneys have been hurting which sucks, but I know that it can happen. This morning I seriously didn't want to drink water but I did anyways and then later I went and got some sparkling water. The first sip tasted godly tbh. But anywho, things seem to be going pretty well other than those couple of things. I went on a short walk and it made me super tired. Doing small things really spontaneously makes my heart beat all fast now. That can happen though. But yeah. Fun stuff! I still don't know how long my fast will be, but I will figure it out as I go. Day 1/? Water fasting!
So the question mark is because I don't know how long I'm going to do my fast for but it is 10:18 pm on day 1 and things have been alright :) I haven't felt too crazily hungry. More emotionally hungry. I crave basically every kind of tasty food I can think of just because I'm full on hungry. I'm excited for the moment when my hunger subsides and I don't have to worry about that anymore. I was going to start my fast a couple days ago but I did a day and got a hugggeeee headache and decided to chill and then start the fast a little later. In between then and now I ate really healthy trying to prepare my body more for moving into the detox zone. Anyways. I kept pretty busy today and my hunger was quite manageable. I'm a 5'5 female and I weigh 199.3 pounds. So basically 200. I'm ready to see where this fast takes me. Challenge accepted. Stay tuned for more details ❤

Day 8 and 9 water fast
Well, day 8 was pretty boring. I had a splitting headache at 4 in the morning and it hurt so bad I was on the verge of taking Aleve or something. It was terrible. I chugged a bunch of water though and it calmed down enough that I could go to bed finally. I felt pretty good for the rest of the day. Not a lot of hunger, I did get really tired in the afternoon and just wanted to sleep. Day 9, everything is pretty good so far. I need to make sure that I am drinking enough water today. But yeah. Also, I haven't been around a scale but later I will be so I will update my weight loss. Cool beans! Stay tuned.

Day 7 water fast
Today officially marks one week of water fasting! I slept like shit last night and had a killer headache for most of the day. It has calmed down quite a bit, but hasn't gone away fully. I had a small bit of energy this morning but then I was dead tired only 15 minutes later. Oh well. Only just now getting hunger pangs for the day at 4:42 pm so that is a personal best. I'll just rest and watch supernatural today I suppose.. Also, I have been drinking on a Powerade zero today for the electrolytes. My stomach has been doing a lot of somersaults too. Bleh. I'll weigh myself today or tomorrow. Have a lovely day!

Day 4 water fasting
SW:199.7 CW: 192.0 So then… -7.7 whoop whoop! I can’t wait to get in the 180s! p>Alright! Today is day 4! I think my body was switching over to ketosis more intensely around when I was going to sleep because I had some hardcore nausea, I am stilling having some bits today as well. Also, my knees are hurting a lot today. I have heard that will happen because there a lot of toxin deposits within the joints. I have a little more energy today compared to yesterday. I have also gotten hunger pangs AGAIN today. Can’t wait for them to just go away. Soon though. I am hoping tomorrow. There isn’t too much else to report today. I will weight myself soon and add it to this post as well.

Day 3 water fast
Today is officially day 3 of my water fast! SW: 199.7 CW: 194.3 So I am down -5.4 lbs. I don't think my body has switched over to ketosis yet so this is basically all water weight. I'm excited to keep going though and see better results. Today I am super tired. More so than I was yesterday. Yesterday, I got a good kick of energy towards later afternoon so I am hoping that happens today just so I am more awake to focus on these last couple days of school. I have had hunger pangs today sadly. I know it is only day 3, but I'm ready to not feel hungry and I couldn't be more excited to feel this way for more than a couple hours like I would before fasting. I can't think of much else to say for the day. I'm hungry and tired. Things will get better though :) Stay tuned ❤

Day 2 water fasting
Today is my second day and let me say that I seriously can’t stop thinking about food. I don’t even really want it, but I keep thinking about it and the way it tastes. I haven’t been too hungry. I’ve had hunger pains here and there but nothing that I can’t easily control. I expected to have a headache of some sort but I was lucky today. It’s still only the early afternoon though. One thing for sure is that I am soooo tired. I’ve been dragging along throughout the day and all I want to do is curl up on the couch which is weird for me because it is a gorgeous day so normally I’m all about hiking or going upriver. Whatever though. A challenge of yesterday was that I was with my boyfriend and our friend and they were talking about going to pizza factory and getting food and playing pool and I completely refused to go because why the he’ll would I want to sit there smelling and watching them eat all this bomb ass pizza, nope. They had just about convinced me to come along to at least be there a bit then they looked up the hours and they were closed for memorial day. Win for me.
I havent weighed myself today but I probably will tomorrow or if I decide too tonight. Follow me for updates!!!❤❤❤
Update: I weight 197.4 today
