A car wash conversation

Just down the road from where I took the photo of the guy carrying his stock for his business, I come across this man having a really good conversation with the guy washing the car. They are enjoying Sunday sun in the taxi rank and they got some time to rest. I saw this photo significant because the guy washing the car is hidden behind the palette, which I think and I hope I succeed in causing the delusion to make him look like he is talking alone.

Once again the awkward stare you get when you shoot them without getting their permission, this was at Bara in Diepkloof SOWETO. In a taxi rank there’s a lot of street vendors and this is usually the busiest place as people are coming and leaving with taxis but on this day it was quite peaceful. It was a Sunday so I assume everyone was in church and this guy on picture got a chance to get more snacks and fruits so that his stock doesn’t run out.
