the experience of being an english and creative writing major writing multiple short stories in a semester for workshop classes is crazy because one moment i will be reading the critique letters i received for my upcoming revision and the next i’ll be realizing that this “original” story i “just” came up with is actually a reskinned danny phantom au prompt i thought up when i was ~14

#it’s so embarrassing #because i was so proud of myself for finally coming up with something new #after just writing short stories for my already-existed prompts for the last 3 years #and then i went ‘wait. why does this feel familiar all of a sudden’#opened my notes app #and saw the danny phantom reaper au i jotted down in 2016 #yeah. that’s awkward for sure.#danny phantom #tayscreams
