Since Black Cat did it, it’s my turn finally~

Hello! This is your resident Peachy here! Now, it’s no secret who I am. (Though it might be. Many of you may have no idea who I am on site xD).

I am the original creator of the blog, and the one who has been running it solo for the past several weeks. I now have an amazing co-admin in my WP and Best Friend.

On site I have several pages, my main and most notable being blackWINGS;; (angelicdeath is my url) where I write as the Vampire Armand from the Vampire Chronicles. Most of my pages fall into that verse, haha. But! I do dabble in a few others and also have a historical account — Anish Sengupta (combatmedic) and a Castlevania account —Sypha Belnades (godhatesme). If you search penned by Eds in the playby you can find all my accounts.

Background:

Her biological mother is from Afghanistan and her biological father is from Russia. She never met her biological mother, but her biological father was cool enough to give her her mother’s surname ‘Barakzai’ as a memory to her. Her father was originally going to live in London but he ended up marrying an Irish woman who he loved very much, and during that time, things were alright.

Even with the area in conflict during the 90s, he still made things comfortable and Cass still had a good group of friends to rely on and family she was comfortable with. She also adored her little sister. She was a surprisingly happy-go-lucky girl growing up, to many people’s surprise if they see pictures of her from this time compared to now. During her time in Ireland, she learned magic from her step-mother and was pretty great at it and gifted at predictions.

Thing was, she noticed that magic was a little buggy when her father used it so she always warned him of it. She wasn’t exactly sure why. But when she was seventeen, her parents died performing a spell that they did without thinking of the repercussions and it not only wiped them out but everyone in their small town except for Cass and her sister.

And upon this discovery, Cass and her sister hopped out of town and began new lives. Cass decided not to use magic often, but ended up using ‘fake psychic’ predictions along with real ones in order to make a good amount of money to make it to uni and to afford a place for her little sister to live since they didn’t have any other family to go to. And though she knew her father would roll in his grave, they chose London as the place to stay.

Cass stayed for a while and studied up until a grandma of hers reached out to help take care of her sister, so she could live her life. Cass did not want to leave her sister, but she ended up doing field journalism and occasionally took time off. It was during this time where she met John Constantine and found him to be rather irritating, despite sleeping with him.

The two ended up working together because he noticed some of the fake psychic predictions she made were legit and he also had noticed when she performed street magic for kids she sometimes did actual tricks.

He had warned her to be careful around kids, but then contradicted himself by asking her to help him with something. And she had helped him, and it ended up biting her in the ass and he ended up ditching her. Which led her to be cross with him. The two of them did not meet again, until later on when he’d warned her that her sister had been possessed by a demon. Which caused Cass to not only use magic again, but she was now open to working with John again.

Though she no longer uses magic often, and she uses her party tricks of fake psychic readings for her income and her books, she will occasionally investigate hauntings for people just to make sure what happened to her small neighborhood won’t happen to anyone else’s home or family – though it was not a demon’s doing and her parents’ own foolishness. Cause deep down, despite Cass’ serious façade, she just wants to help people.

Quintus couldn’t help the wicked smirk that graced his features as Renly pulled out of the woman and bid her farewell rather abruptly. It meant he was eager and willing to listen and it was a good inclination that this plan would work. As she shuffled out of the bed and Quin heard Renly’s words, he shrugged, waving her off with his hand. There was no denying what Renly had said. And he hardly cared about her. She was exposable to Renly and, given that she followed him to his bed, told Quin everything he needed to know about her. 

“A wretch little thing like me rarely sleeps,” Quin commented with another wave of his hand. His gaze did not stray from Renly’s as he crossed the room to stand before him. If Quin was going to do this he was going to make Renly suffer his attention, to remind him that he was a human. “I’ve always kept odd hours ever since childhood. The door shut and Quin repressed the need to shiver knowing that they were alone, knowing what he was about to put on the table. 

He angled his neck to the side, exposing his freshly marked flesh. He didn’t care that Renly saw them and it was a comfort that at least he had destroyed Renly’s chance at release tonight. That alone gave Quin all of the satisfaction he needed. “Thoroughly and to completion,” He bit back, raising a brow in a challenge. “Care for a playby of the evening I spent in his bed? You seem intensely invested in what I do with your future King. It wouldn’t surprise me if you wanted your turn next. I’m sure you would love to have a piece of your cousin’s seconds considering you're after everything else he has.”

“Anyways,” He drawled out without allowing Renly time for a reply. “I’ve come with a proposition for you. We leave for Vivec tonight instead of waiting out the week. I will heel and come willingly and early so you look like the good little pet my uncle thinks you are. In exchange for my compliance, Cesare’s men are freed and allowed to return to Adros unharmed. If I hear that they did not make it or were harmed on their way back here, I will have to inform my uncle of your royal fuck up tonight because believe me you did make a mistake and he will call for your head.” Quin’s face twisted into a lethal glare and he held his hand up when Renly opened his mouth, silencing him with a flick of his wrist. “No, I’m not going to tell you what you did I’m keeping that trump card to myself. Sure, you can go ahead and call my bluff if you’re so inclined, but trust me when I say after what you did tonight I will at least outlive you. That’s a promise.” 

He leaned forward, mimicking Renly’s stance. “The clock is ticking, Renly. Any moment Cesare could wake up and see I am not tucked safely in his bed. There’s no telling what lengths he’ll go to when he realizes I’m no longer here but if I know anything it’s that he will tear everything apart in his path trying to find me again.” Quin leaned back, gripping the armrests of his chair. He felt lighter in that moment. He felt good for a dead man walking. At least he could do one final act of kindness for Cesare before he was killed. “Tick, tock, Renly.”

It was hard not to smile at the sight of the prince seated in his quarters. Though his company seems to not be of the same opinion. Renly merely pushed off the woman, swatting the pile of cloth she dared to call a dress back at her. "No need." He merely countered, withdrawing from the woman and unceremoniously jumping to his own feet. He peered down at the disheveled woman, clutching sheets and clothes to her chest in an attempt to shield herself from the other in the room. "Please you've got nothing he wants to see." Renly dismissed her, shooing her out of his bed as he pulled on his own tunic.

With his pants pulled up over his hips, much to his discomfort but the moment was moving to fast to relish in the let down of not fucking to finish. He cleared his throat and came around to take in Quin as a whole. He looked so calm for someone that was about to die. "Awful late for you, isn't it?" He asked, coming to stand before him, arms crossing over his chest. His smile curled into something a bit more wicked when he heard his door finally shut and the two of them were truly alone.

"Did my cousin not bed you properly?" His head hung to the side and he thought for a moment to thirty seconds ago and how he was just deprived of something, well, a release anyway. "No matter." He quickly gave and cleared his throat as he took Quintus into his gaze again. Renly came to sit on the arm of the chair his opposite. Hands clasped together and cupping his knee as he held in against the front. His shoulders shrugged and he dipped his head. "What's this deal you've come to offer? This one I just can't seem to live without at this exact moment of my life, hmm?"
