i thought so, but (un)fortunately, life keeps going and suddenly you're 23 when you didn't think you'd even make it past 18, let alone 20.

i had such dread and panic around my 20th birthday too, but i think age 'milestones' are really hard (at least for me) because you think youre supposed to know who you are or what you want, or have accomplished something, but i dont think youre supposed to know who you are right now and im pretty sure theres no schedule of things that have to be done by a certain age.

life is fucking confusing, i feel lost all of the time, and the state of the world rn is terrible- which is not helping AT ALL. i still have no idea what i am doing, but each day goes by and life keeps on fucking going- with the good the bad and the shitty.
