Re Buggy's vivre card information saying he'd be a Downtown Factory Manager:

Modern AU buggy runs the factory but uses it as a front for peddling drugs on the side, and all his employees are his clown cronies and in on the gig. He starts laundering money through it but royally fucks up--- suddenly his factory is making the most cash in the entire branch! He becomes viewed as some mastermind entrepeneur and accidentally bluffs his way up through the chain until he somehow finds himself as a big-name businessman with a huge (braindead) social media following. He gets forced into a contract with Crocodile and Mihawk, both also crooks, who use him to expand their own investments and control, blackmailing him with all the dirt they've collected.
