It depends on what your definition of "progress" is.

Ive always thought that i am a person devoid of desire except for the one i am left with.

But after my new life has began— I've been contemplating what counts as a desire in the first place.

So far, I've been including possible activities that can aid me in my journey, like pot making and noodle cooking (though, Kabru has recommended that i should pick up gardening.)

And through those activities, i realized that they themselves are not what manifests new desires, but the things before it.

I desire to wake up and start my day, i desire to maintain my routine, i desire to eat.

Although they are small, miniscule to the desires i had before, they are desires. desires that i have made—i thought of, and desires i had even after the demon has consumed me...

So to answer your question; no, i have not found any new desires—but i do not think that is the point.

My journey is not about looking for new desires... but to discover the desires ive always had.

And it makes me... glad

Glad to know that.... i have been capable of doing this the entire time.
